Going pretty chill so far honestly. Mistook the time of a doctor's appointment that's in fact next week but caught it before leaving the house. So I'm using the time to draw instead.

been trying to revamp my downloaded current favs playlist lately
so i’ve been digging up a tonnnn of new/refreshed songs n artists
as for albums, didn’t realize how many songs i like from royal blood’s “back to the water below” (bonus edition)
my fav song from it is definitely “supermodel avalanches” but “shiner in the dark” is a close 2nd
royal blood, nothing but thieves, & foals are all super nostalgic/all time fav bands of mine
and a lot of their albums are “no skips” for me which is wild bc i’m a big song skipper usually lol

My embarrasing fact of the day is that when I play video games (and I'm not in vc with others), my brain automatically talks as if I've got a Twitch chat watching me. It calls it 'chat' and everything.
The second embarrasing fact of the day is that when I'm daydreaming, I'm usually thinking about a concept or idea, and this takes the form of typing out a Reddit response. I don't even comment on Reddit at all. I think the other day, for example, I was thinking about those youtubers who claim to know 15+ languages fluently, and how stupid it usually is.

my favorite band of all-time is nine inch nails, i've loved them since i was a little kid! my favorite song by them and of all-time is "the good soldier"; it's cheesy, but sometimes it feels like the song was written for me.

^ honestly i do the same thing. i think it's because we're having so much fun that our brains just become silly! and if we're not necessarily having fun, our brains can just become so stimulated that they become silly during daydreaming. i like to pretend i'm streaming in my head as well when i'm playing video games alone, LOL.

i felt emotionally satisfied when i was talking with my boyfriend on his family's porch. i sat on the lower step, and he sat on the top one hugging me from behind. we didn't talk about anything in particular, but i felt like it was ok to be sad and myself in that moment. it was a simple, beautiful form of intimacy.
