I'll fix this post and it's coding when I have the time {and a life}
Maggie goes into town for a lead dog.
While in town, Maggie stumbles across an elderly man with a
Samoyed with a sign that says 'Free to a Working Home'. After chatting with the man, Maggie realizes that this is his lead dog, the only dog from his team he didn't sell. He explains that he is worried that if he sells them, they will be forced to become a pet. He is ecstatic when Maggie admits that she is trying to start a sled team. He gives her the dog, who is an experienced Lead Dog already, as well as a few tips!

The team is based near a small town in Alaska. Despite the limited breeds around, they have all sorts of characters among them. But one thing is for sure - they love what they do.
(I didn't know what else to do but a little backstory like thingie.)

Number of Mushers: 1 Number of Dogs: 1 Servings: 2 Next Town Visit: 1/11Solus felt her head turn as she walked through the streets of the busy Alaskan town. the bazaar was buzzing with men and women trying to sell pelts and sleds and dogs. so many dogs. She saw large ones, and small dogs, ones that looked like the should be in a warm house. but as she turned a corner, out of the edge of her vision, she saw a male husky staring at her. he had vivid blue eyes, and looked as if he was staring into her soul. she felt herself drawn to him, and placed a large hand on his head as she entered the booth. the large man who was selling the dog shook his head as she turned to him. "Price?" She asked.
"Not for sale!"
She snorted, "You have a sign, attached to his neck, that says for sale," She grabbed it to get a closer look, "And ten bucks too!" She pulled out her wallet and grabbed a ten, and reached out to give it to him.
He shook his head, "You cannot handle him! He is wild! He is closely related to his ancestors! The wolves run in his heart, and he could hurt someone!"
Solus laughed, her brown hair shaking, "He isn't wild," She placed her hands on his ears and rubbed them gently in the spot where she knew the secret scratch place was, "He's a sweet heart, and I want him. I'll pay you fifteen for him too!"
The man chuckled, "Alright, alright girl! He's yours! Fifteen though! No less!"
Solus nodded, and pulled out a five, adding it to the ten, "Alright! Fifteen!" She grabbed the leash and pulled the dog along beside her. She latched his leash to her hand, and headed toward where she saw dog sledding sleds were on sale. She was able to buy one for 50% off, and was able to snag a harness to go with it. She was home soon with Axolotl pulling her.
