What was happening during each scene:
First gif: Mike told the girl, (Max Hardy) that he was late because he was at his mom's house. Max tells him that she called his mom because to check on him and he wasn't there. She tells him that she doesn't have to tell her where he was, but he doesn't have to lie about it either. To this point, he's surprised that she was worried about him, and she smiles and walks out, avoiding the conversation.

Second gif: So Mike got kidnapped by a serial killer named Joe Carroll. He presses on his wounds for fun, until Ryan Hardy comes to save him.
