PARADISE RISEN

malibusky's patrol finds a bulky cat who looks like they would make a good fighter. they're eager to meet the rest of the clan!
thorn's patrol finds a queen. they're due in 2 moons. upon arrival, the fighter and queen drop everything and rush to each other. it looks like theyre siblings who were separated a few moons ago during a bad thunderstorm! reunited awwww
birchclaw's patrol catches x2 pigeons
crowfrost's patrol catches x3 squirrel, but the one waternose catches fights back, giving him a nasty cut on his nose. it'll scar, but with x1 marigold, he will be fine.
softfern gathers x2 horsetail and x1 chamomile
patchcloud passes his assessment! mercurypaw, however, is too excited at the prospect of becoming a warrior and does not pass. she has a hurt ego, but can reattempt next moon!
everyone learns a skill except for windpaw and horizonpaw, as they stay up late talking and are too tired to really learn anything.

carpswim's patrol finds an elder. at first, they are reluctant to join as they feel they would not be able to earn their keep, but the patrol is able to convince them to at least come and visit the camp. will they stay?
firtuft's patrol braves the harsh leaf-fall winds to go on their usual route. however, a large, thick branch too tall to climb falls, splitting the group in half. unfortunately, the tree also splits limestoneheart in half, paralyzing him from the waist down. the tree is too heavy to move, though, and the rest of the cats are stuck so the patrol will have to return with reinforcements to rescue them!

↪ Rookchirp's patrol caught +2 frogs. Everyone thought Barkthroat was fine. She even thought that she was fine, unwilling to worry the Ñoldor about what she assumed was a stomachache. She thought the pain and fatigue was normal and just a result of eating bad prey, but as Barkthroat's heart rate increased, her body couldn't take much more. She let out a small meow of shock before collapsing, her patrolmates crowding around her in worry. But thats when they noticed the tumbor in Barkthroat's stomach. They quickly carried the older she-cat back to camp, but unfortunately, she was declared dead on arrival. It shocked her patrol mates that something so small had taken such a hardened warrior's life.

↪ Bubblesplash's patrol caught +2 hares and +2 lizards. Bubblesplash noticed rain falling, but assumed it was only a rainstorm, and she led her patrol on, appreciating the fact that she led the patrol. Once thunder hit, the small she-cat was debating on whether to go back to camp or not, but decided against, seeing that leafbare would come soon, and Shenthais would need all the prey they could get. That proved to be a fateful decision when Bubblingsplash heard a deafening roar of thunder, before her patrol mates yelled at her to run. But as she looked up, her last sight was not her friends or family, but of a tree, burning as it crushed her.

↪ Snifflewhimper's patrol came across the fox, outnumbering it easily. It seemed determined to fight them off, but after being attacked from all sides by the cats of Shenthais, it ran. As the cats were celebrating, no one seemed to notice Lemongrass' gaping neck wound. As Junglejump turned around to survey the area, the young tom felt sick as he noticed Lemongrass bleeding from his neck, the older tom slipping in and out of reality. Junglejump's mewl of shock alerted the other cats, who quickly carried Lemongrass back to camp. As Amberpool placed her paw upon Lemongrass, she shook her head to the patrol. He was too far gone. The injured tom was shaking, his eyes dilating in fear and shock, as the patrol gathered around to mourn the quickly dying tom, he let out a sob, and through a bloodied mouth, managed to mewl, "Primosepelt." he wanted his aunt. Junglejump looked around, trying to spot Primrosepelt, but Amberpool mewed softly, "She's on patrol." Lemongrass looked up at Amberpool with fear. He was too young. Too young to die, especially without family by his side. As his legs twitched for the last time and his eyes were stuck in a permanent state of shock, Primrosepelt entered camp, milliseconds too late to say goodbye to her only family in Shenthais.

season: leaf-fall / autumn
as summer gives way to colder weather, your clans can expect to see a decrease in prey and an increase
in danger. predators may become more desperate during this time. while the likelihood of dehydration
goes down, cats who aren't careful on patrols might face more serious risks. inside the camp, medicine
cats will find less herbs and kittings will become more difficult. cats who go out on too many patrols
will also face possible illnesses, as well.

general notes:
• i recommend noting if there are any cats that you'd prefer be skipped over in the case of death rolls/injuries

SQUIDCLAN ▬ selkirks

hunting patrol results
• isopodstar's patrol caught x1 tern, x1 mouse, and x1 snake. however, while trying to hunt another snake, isopodstar was surprised when his attempted prey turned on him, lashing out and biting down on his leg. though he tried to shake off the momentary shock, isopodstar began to walk rather strangely on the way back to camp, having to take several breaks to regain his composure. as the day passed to evening, isopodstar's symptoms worsened, and what he thought was shock from the experience turned to anxiety as the wound became swollen and continued to bleed. by the time basatan returned to camp and checked on the wound, there was little that the clan's healer could do. by the middle of the night, basatan could only sit vigil as isopodstar lost a life from the snake bite. thankfully, the affects of the snake venom subsided soon after isopodstar revived.

The Kingdom of Felines
The Kingdom of Felines are an odd group of cats who stand on two legs and attempt to use things with their front paws. Some may even wear clothes! *Mods please only give descriptions / genos, no Lineart please! I will be doing the artwork myself <3 (was given permission for this!)
Territory: A large woodland besides a small marshland, with a farm nearby, it’s quite nice.
Common Attitudes: Often stubborn, refuse to quit, and hard headed, this group of cats is…quite weird. Despite not having thumbs, they’re attempting to master the ways of craft. It…isn’t working out too well. But they refuse to admit that. Most have a strong family oriented attitude, with lines of nobility often having family names they’ve chosen for themselves. Because the clan is so stubborn, a lot of verbal fights breakout. These cats are also know to be quite strict.

Mice, Somgbirds, Frogs, Rabbits, Small Fish, Big Fish

--Alpineheart mourns the loss of his mate alongside his kits. Cuckoopaw takes it the hardest, retreating from her family as she laments that Aniblaze never got to see her take her assessment gain her warrior name like Malkohablaze and Edelweissbloom. She wears a scowl most of the time, refusing to talk to her littermates or to her dad. Midgestorm sees the grief for what it is, knowing in some form what Cuckoopaw is going through. Laurelbreeze, Fleapaw, and Midgestorm merge Cuckoopaw into their friend group, refusing to let their clanmate suffer in silence and in isolation.
--Suntail is a mother figure for many, warriors, apprentices, and kits alike. She is an instant popular cat to talk to, and she loves her role of grandmother and mother. It doesn't take long for her to attract a nightly gathering of kits and apprentices to listen to a bedtime story before they retreat to their dens, a storyteller role she takes seriously. Atlasrain watches his grandkits' wonder in soft happiness, glad that Suntail is able to provide stories for his family. He strikes up a quiet friendship with the she-cat, the pair becoming quick friends in the caretaker's den.
--As the events of the Dark Crow battle become farther in the past, ChaosClan slowly resumes activities as normal and lowers their guard, at least a little bit. Distracted by his future kits, Darkfang takes a step back, and focuses more on the future of an uprising in ChaosClan rather than the present... at least for now. In the shadows, he still works to grow the Dark Crows again, finding more of the lost and defeated members to re-form the group.
