Izzard packs up her stuff, and her and her pokemon head out. They start heading down Talamini Trail, a trail famous for Lapras sight-seeing. Cyndaquil, Shroomish, and Ledyba are all very excited to meet more pokemon, and they hurry down the path, Izzard running to keep up

Terra's first plan at the sight of the rockruff was to battle it but then realized that fearful look in its eye. She decided to walk over towards it and knelt down "Hey little guy...Are you lost? Do you need help finding your pack?" She questioned in a soft voice, trying to let the rockruff know she meant no harm. Salandit and Grookey hopped down from their respective shoulders and began questioning as well.

With that final blow, Smoochum collapsed, and Marigold stood tall over her collapsed opponent, purring like a freight train. With a sigh, the other trainer recalled his last pokémon and shrugged with a laugh. "Great battle!" he said, tossing some Master Balls Eva's way. "Maybe we can have a rematch sometime."

“Yes! Way to go!” Eva cheered, leaping from side to side. Her Eevee barked in excitement, scampering towards her trainer and leaping into her arms. Oddly enough, Marigold seemed to be... almost pink? Her fur was certainly tinged a different color, and she almost seemed to be glowing with happiness.

Neptune interrupted the moment by grabbing the Eevee himself, and plopping her onto the top of his head. Now that he was tall enough to carry her, he seemed to want to be useful. Marigold chirped, before settling there and purring a little louder. "Frog," he crooned, grinning. Sinatra barked, sidling up next to the other water-type and clapping playfully.

Circuit, the baby of the team, didn't want to be left out of all the fun. He scurried all the way up Eva's legs, torso, and arms, before nestling himself on one shoulder with a squeak. Eva scratched the little mouse behind the ears, careful to avoid his cheeks so that she wouldn't be shocked.

“Ready to keep exploring the forest?” she asked her teammates. Each let out various cries of agreement. “Let's do it, then!”

Ratni smiles at the little Chikorita, exited to meet her new partner. She watched it stumble around the lab. It was time for her adventure to begin. She steps out of the lab and begins her journey through route 1, Chikorita at her side.

"Hmm... I think i'm gonna name you Pluto." Ruth smiled, and Pluto must have really liked that name, because she did a loop-dee-loop in the air. Once they were ready, they kept going into the woods.
