I like the curve in the ears and really love the colour pallet used in this design! The reason this got a 7 rather than a 10, is only because I felt more markings such as on the body/legs using the green and light blue would be a pretty addition! Aside from that, the tails are super cool! You are very creative and love the features of this character!

this is all based on personal opinion, so please don't take it harshly:
first, I can see the appeal. The colors work great and the design is very nice to look at. The art is very clean and neat as well.

I, however, have a dislike of many closed species as they often don't offer a very wide range to take creative liberties with. Saying that, I find the design a little plain and would worry that they would be hard to distinguish from other manokits. Of course, I can also see the desire for simpler designs, and that is perfectly fine.

If I were to offer some advice, I would say to give them a few more markings in a different darker color? A dark black or grey would give it a poison dart toad vibe, and a dark teal or desaturated royal blue might give him some tropical beach vibes. those extra darker colors could make them stand out a lot more.

His AI, nerve, is here

Jass is a 16-year-old savant who loved to develop Artificial Intelligence for fun. He was often quite shy and had no other friends than those he programmed. One AI, Nerve, seemed to show the most humanity and sentience, always curious and learning. Jass wanted to teach the AI more and help him develop, but he saw that technology was limited in that an AI could never store enough information to be fully sentient. So he implanted Nerve into his brain with the hopes that it would create a fully independent AI.

It ended up backfiring, as Nerve panicked upon the impromptu surgery and shocked the wound, hoping to cauterize it, but only ended up giving Jass a makeshift lobotomy. Jass was taken in by the government to be studied(mostly due to the fear that he could create war machines). Jass is now a lot quieter and reserved. He shows and experiences little emotion and it is very hard to know what is going on in his head, or what the AI might be telling him, as he will sit and stare blankly for hours on end.

i really like this dude! he's got an interesting backstory. i like the little eyepatch and scar tissue around it, i don't see many eyepatch-clad characters who have visible scars. i think the outfit color scheme is a little limiting, seeing as most of the character's palette is blue. the hair color and style is nice but i think it's a bit close to the color of his pants? that's just a personal thought though. other than that, i really adore this dude!

they are a comfort character, so i haven't put much thought into their backstory.
their name is lait et miel, or "milk and honey". it's an odd name, i know, but bear with me.
i was thinking of giving them (trigger warning - mentions of blood) either honey or milk as blood, like some people give their characters goo or strawberry milk as blood (end trigger warning).
any feedback on the design would be greatly appreciated ^^;

7/10 Unfortunately this fella is kind of a lil basic for me design wise, but regardless they're still relatively adorable and the color palette is nice and matches up very well. Choice of name is rather unique as well, and the meaning is very fitting. There's nothing else much really though I can talk about, I'm afraid.
Maybe a couple of other markings here and there to make him stand out, and maybe an accessory to? Nothing extravagantL, but still simple enough to where it doesn't stand out from him cause it's more detailed. Like, a little yellow or orange collar with a beehive charm for an example sounds like a very fitting one.

A unicorn dabbling in Water-based magic, Riza is a late descendant of a very powerful Pharaoh that lives near the outskirts of the desert city, Somnambula. Never speaks, but very wise and gentle. She's well known for contributing to the town via a small, artifical lake made with her own magic where ponies can come and go to get water as they please. While Riza rarely, if ever interacts with the others she's still well respected and even has a couple of suitors.
Her mane and tail is made out of water, jelly-like in consistency but heals whoever consumes it regardless of injury or illness. Riza is very protective of it, and will only allow those to partake in it if she senses that they need it. Otherwise, like a true "Desert princess" she cares for the other ponies in her own way.
She's also a lot more powerful then the average unicorn, but not as powerful as an alicorn.

8/10 oooh, i like the hair a lot, it really adds to the entire character as a whole. Just by looking at her, you can tell a lot of info about her without even looking at her desc. such as the fact that she does water magic and is the descendent of a pharaoh. she is honestly rlly rlly pretty, i just don't personally like pony type designs so thats why it's a little biased fvfs



how about my beautiful son Salen?

he has better art by an absolutely amazing artist on his th, i just thought i'd put my own art up 4 him tho fhffv

Honestly, he might sound a little boring, but here I gooo!!

Salen is a man in his early, early 20's (but i gave him the backpack bc i thought i was gonna make him a teen but no fvfvf), and he gets flustered and agitated easily. He doesn't really have many friends because of his his looks and overall demeanor and aura, but he is very nice to the people who he lets in and enjoys hanging out with, buying them trinkets and stuff. He owns a palmetto corn snake named Koi, along with many other reptiles and arachnids, and just really any animal that would scare others away. He's prone to bad chronic nosebleeds, but he doesn't really freak out or anything since he thinks they make him look cool. He's called "grandpa/grandad" by a lot of his friends, since his best friend is his "daughter" and they call her "mom"

While I do not think he is a bad character, there is just not much that stands out about him in my eyes. I like his information but design wise he is a bit plain. I also like his hair though! Maybe work on making his design stand out a bit more (:

8-9/10 I love his design all the colors work well together I love the little backstory you made with him. Hes a cutie and I absolutely love his eyes. the outfit is very realistic and fits him well, the character gives me western vibes which I love!

10/10,, this is probably one of my favorite characters I've ever seen! I love his design so much- his hair especially aha. I really like his personality/ backstory as well- it's very comical but strangely charming lmao. I'd love to learn more about this guy! ninja'd

8/10 i love this little dude! i like the color combination, and how their eyes pop! and the lil horns are to die for ahh!

She's a very sweet shopkeeper that runs one of those eerie haunted antique stores called Odette's Oddities! The store is sort of a cover for the supernatural creature sanctuary she runs in the basement! From manticores to fairies, she helps out as much as she can by offering them a place to stay!

So first of all I love the idea that she runs a little haunted shop - she seems like a loving ‘mother-type’ character and I think her design portrays that well! [especially with the hair style]. I also like the speckles on her back leg and the pale tuft on her chest. The yellow eyes/tongue also go with the palette super well. The marking of the heart with the arrow through it is also a neat idea and gives her some more personality c:

I think the only thing I have a problem with is the yellow on her tail/legs? But that’s just personal preference ^^ I’m also a little unsure about the marbled colour on her tail tip as I think it suits her horns and wing ‘insides’ well as they have a border whereas the tail just fades into it? Again that’s personal preference so honestly overall she’s a lovely character and you should be very proud of her! <3



my boy shinso? [design ‘n art by me]



Shinso is a borzoi/saluki mix and is a little bit of a bad dude. He’s an assassin and has some questionable morals. He tries to be as respectable and polite as his job allows him but at the end of the day he works for the highest bidder and will go after just about anyone if you have enough money. He wears a mask that was sculpted to fit his face and it’s more for his personal aesthetic as well as well as added intimidation. He doesn’t speak unless he needs to and he’s basically apart of a comic I’m going to make where he eventually looses a bet against the protagonists and agrees to help them go after some evil army - gaining some morals along the way. The markings on his chest are paint stains that he got when he first started his career as an assassin ^^

What a cool dude !! The simple colour scheme is so nice! I'm personally more of a fan of more unnatural characters, but I really like this guy! His mask especially is really nice!
