Ok where do I start? I love everything about this guy. The glowing gradient bones are A+ and I love how unique his body type is. His palette is one of my favorite color combos so I might be a little biased lol. He's a great design, I can't see anything to nitpick!

Alto is an esk, a ghostly nature spirit. He was originally a drama teacher but something happened (i haven't decided the specifics) that led to his transformation, and he now haunts a theater. He believes that he's still a human even though it's obvious that isn't true. He's very dramatic in both his words and actions, as if he's acting in some sort of performance.

I really like this guy! He's a bit simple but I think that works for him, I also like his description. I feel like the little star/dot patterns should be all around maybe? They seem to stop and be a bit cluttered to one area when they have the back clothing

There is nothing I dislike about the design at all, I adore warm orange/tan/brown palettes so much. I really love his hairstyle and the lamb chops/sideburns he's got, it's not too common to see in anthro or feral designs. The orange and yellow eyes are super neat and I love the ears too, but that might just be the artist's style and not part of the design? Either way, I like it. Clothes seem super fitting and well designed and the bandage on the tail the same color as the eyes is a super swell addition. I really feel like the personality matches the design, even in the way he holds himself in the artwork. You can bet I'm now following taxevadr on TH.

She's a calm and curious character who enjoys nature and exploring, she's more of a fun comfort character rather than a fleshed-out OC with a backstory and goal.

I love this gal so much! Admittedly I am quite biased towards ‘split faces’ as you can see with my kiddo below. I love how she’s partially albino and then that’s contrasted with what looks like some melanism to me. I’m a little confused markings wise because the two images show different markings [e.g the stripes on the back legs] but I’ll go off of bigger design so it doesn’t get confusing <3. I love the two bands on her front legs, I think it gives a break from the spots whilst also setting her apart from other jaguar characters, the stripes also don’t seem out of place as there are hints of them elsewhere on the design [e.g the band on the tail and the lines on the inner back right leg].

Overall I think this kiddo is absolutely perfect and honestly I have no complaints.

Dabi has a fairly big role in a comic in the making so I’ll try keep his story short before I waffle completely. Basically this shy kiddo was orphaned when he was young so he became quite isolated and lived under the watch of his mentor; Nikita a grumpy old guard. Dabi had dreams to become a great warrior some day but he was bullied because of his smaller, less muscly build. He ended up taking a job helping out at the castle, serving the prince as a messenger. And then stuff happens and he gets mugged with going on the run with a small group (including the prince) after the kingdom gets attacked and overrun. So now he’s casually running away with the group as they try to figure out who just completely wiped out the kingdom and go on this lanky adventure to find some others to help them take back the kingdom. Also plot twist this poor child is royalty and gets recognised later in the story by the cloth he wears around his head which is actually the headband of his father [ a king whose kingdom was also completely wiped out the day he was abandoned].

Honestly he’s just about ready to curl into a ball and cry himself to sleep.

I’m usually not a fan of natural designs but this guy takes the cake! Beautifully put together with such a simple, yet beautiful design. I absolutely love the brown tone chosen on his right side and his beautiful blue and red eyes. He is a beautiful design, you could imagine him as an actually dog in real life and that’s what I love about this character. The patches on him aren’t over exaggerated which I see on a lot of Collie’s, a bunch of patches with the same shape all over their bodies, of which in reality, that wouldn’t be the case, so I love the patches on this guy and how they’re spread out. The only thing I’m a little bit iffy about is the patches of which are blended in with his fur rather than solid? For instance the patches on his back leg on his grey side, it’s more blended in rather than solid, like the other markings on him? But that’s just me being nit-picky! Overall a wonderful design <3 love the back story too, fits very well with him!

hmm, 5/10
his color palette is pretty, i generally like galaxy-themed designs! personally i feel like the skull clashes in a certain way, like.. just doesn't really fit with the rest of his aesthetic. still, he's pretty cool! just a little cliche i guess?
(as for story/profile critique, it's a little repetitive in some places, like stating that his sin is greed a few sentences in a row)

here's my swell guy, hugh! he's like a stereotypical 50s "greaser" type,
kinda slick, but doesn't look or act intimidating. he's a nice dude!
also he's a manlet (5'2") lmao

I love greasers, and his colors , but the way they are used in markings throws me off a bit. I like his tail and chest, but the ear and face markings seem a bit off. Clothing is super rad though

10/10 I love this design!! I’m a sucker for brown// white combos so the coloring already makes me love him so much. I also really like how much personality he has from just his design itself- overall he’s a really cool dude!

She’s a real sweet shopkeeper who owns one of those like,, weird magicy haunted antique shops called Oddette’s Oddities! She runs sort of a supernatural creature sanctuary in the basement! <33

While admittedly she is not my type of character, there are a lot of really cool aspects to her design! First of all, the symmetry between her design and your story for her is wonderful, and that is something I always like to see. It's really awesome when a design fits the story it's been placed into. Second, while I can be picky about the use of rainbows in a design, I really like the use of the muted multicolor palate of the wings, horns, and tail against the cream-colored body! The contrast is really nice and the muted colors keep the rainbow patterns from drawing attention away from the rest of the design. I'm less of a fan of the brighter cream color used as a points-type marking as I feel it is a tad too bright and takes away from the interesting aspects of the rest of the design. I also am not a fan of the optional horizonal pupils as those don't make sense of a predator species with stereoscopic vision and forward-facing eyes, but that is of course quite minor! Overall, a very cool design!

Set is a victim of an ancient curse that caused the downfall of her ancestors. The curse befell descendants of a long-lost tribe when they accidentally entered the tribe's former lands, and caused them to be afflicted with a barrier from leaving the desolate canyon and periodically drives them to fits of madness. Set had the misfortune to wander onto this land and has been unable to leave since. Instead, she must watch her body occaisionally go into fits of rage, attacking anyone in sight. The canyon where she lives, far at the edge of the kingdom, is frequented only by merchants and travelers. Set is forced to rob them for food in order to stay alive. She is a timid and nonconfrontational soul who hates the criminal she has been forced to become. She is terrified of her own curse and abilities, moving with her head low and eyes downcast, doing what she needs to in order to survive and wishing she could break the curse, or for companionship in this fate.
