AUTUMN | The heat of summer has begun to cool down, leaving the air full of chilly breezes.
Leaves fall from the trees, making stealth become harder as the dead leaves crackle under each
step of a paw. Prey is beginning to disappear and predators roam more freely during the day, but
all hope isn't lost. Births also begin to become riskier, so make sure your herb stores are fully
stocked before the first frosts begin.

When Nettlecrown heard the cry in the middle of the night, she parked up instantly. The travelling healer had been wandering the plains for quite some time now, and despite not needing to use her skills much, she was not rusty in the least.
When she heard the cry of a cat in pain, she gathered up what few herbs she had with her and after many powerful strokes from her wings, was soaring above the yellow grasses.
Angling her ears to follow the sound, she quickly spotted several cats huddled in a sandy gap in the grass.
Lighting down she stared at the scene in front of her. There was a pale grey molly laying on the ground, obviously in pain, but when she tried to approach, the other cats bristled and hissed.
Setting down her herbs, Nettlecrown spoke for what felt like the first time in moons of being alone. “I’m a healer,” she mewed, “please, I can help!”
The others were still clearly wary, but they understood and stepped back. As she got closer, it was clear the the grey cat was about to have kittens. Nettlecrown quickly got to work.

As Carver watched the newcomer carefully, she sat down beside Tide and murmured quiet words he did not catch. Every cat was too anxious to speak and he stepped back. Padding over to Fletcharrow, he quietly told the captain he’d be going for a walk and slipped out.
Once he’d left, it was only then that he noticed that the sun had now completely set and stars peered down between the clouds.
He trotted on, eager to get away, but stopped when a voice rasped behind him.
“Where are you off to young’un?”
Turning, Carver dipped his head in greeting as Pumpkin walked up.
“Anywhere. I just needed to get out of camp.” He admitted. Pumpkin considered his answer for a moment.
“Anywhere?” He echoed. “Mind if I join you?”
Carver shook his head. Truthfully he was glad of the elderly tortoiseshell’s company. They continued along the path, and Carver sighed.
“Pumpkin, do you trust this newcomer?” He inquired. “I don’t really. It just seems so strange for her to just... show up.” He confessed. He waited for Pumpkin to answer but the elder was silent. “Do you?” He repeated.
“I think... I think that only time will tell.” He responded finally.

It wasn’t until the sun had risen that Carver and Pumpkin returned, looking exhausted, but Carver carried some prey in his jaws to compensate for their absence. Fletcharrow didn’t notice. She was far too preoccupied with Tide’s newborn kittens.
There were two, both black, the fluffy Molly’s name was decidedly Holly. It suited her. The little sleek-furred Tom has been much harder to name. Eventually Tide had come up with Sleet. Fletcharrow hadn’t been entirely sure about the thorny Healer, but after she’d helped Tide deliver her kittens, the captain began to warm up to her.
The strange she-cat has not moved since Tide’s kittens had been cleared as perfectly healthy, and watched them intently.
Clearing her throat, Fletcharrow addressed the healer.
“You helped Tide’s kittens be born, and for that we cannot thank you enough. I am Fletcharrow, captain of The Closed Mouth Drifters.” She said, dipping her head respectfully. The healer returned her gesture.
“I am Nettlecrown, Nomad healer.” Nettlecrown mewed.
“You are a very fine healer.” Fletcharrow went on. “Please, rest, eat, it’s the least we can do. But before you go, please, consider joining us. We would be honoured if you would join us in our travels, and we could use your healing expertise.”
Nettlecrown narrowed her eyes. “I will consider it. On one condition.” She told her. “If I join you, I will not simply sit here and sort herbs all day. I have lived most of my life on my own, and will not waste my skills, nor settle for a life of boredom. If I join you, I will be allowed to hunt and fight alongside you.”
Fletcharrow grinned, holding out a paw.
“Deal.”

Venus's Rings are a Fellowship of many magical cats. Though every feline is different in there own way, some are..well, weaker then others. Lets call Venus's Rings, Rings for now.

Territory
The Rings territory seems like a normal forest at first in the images. Though..its in the sky. Didn't expect that did you? The trees there are strange. Though with green leaves, the trunks are, wait is that red? Yes. The trunks are a glowing..red. The underbrush is black when healthy and green when dead. The water is simply clear. Yeah, normal water? Pfft. Its c l e a r. Like..glacier water clear but 100% clearer. Like that transparent background of a Smitten Kitten. Yeah, that type of clear. Though the outline of the water is a small thin blue line. Interesting, right? A few rocks litter the floor of the forest and the trees leaves are sometimes rocks as well. But the rocks are blue. Dark blue. Navy blue even. It depends on the season, the colder the darker the rocks. The clear water is just a river that slices through the forest and stops right at the island edges. Pretty big river. Plus, an unknown dinosaur skull is beside the camp, the Offspring Holder and Small Slanks live there.

The Rings feast on small from huge prey types. Though some prefer the smaller, some like to share the bigger. The list is..
