Ignis looked at the sky and squeaked to get maroons attention. The sunset was gone, and the moon was shining brightly. It was very late. "I'd better catch you then." She said as she threw a pokeball at the shiny espurr.

"Shh, don't waste your energy. Stay with me bud" Emilia whispered to the injured pokemon, gently stroking it's head. "I should have somethin' to help in here... Ah! This should work. I was planning on drinking this myself, but you need it more" she muttered, taking out a bottle of moo-moo milk and one of those collapsable pet bowls that she'd use to let the family yamper drink on walks. She poured the milk into the bowl and gently nudged it towards the umbreon. "Try drinking this"

the umbreon used the rest of its
energy to pull its way to the bowl,
and finally, it began to drink the
milk.

it didn't take long before the rings
of blue light on its fur lit up again.

it was much better after drinking
all of the milk.

"umbreon" it purred, walking over to
you in thanks.

"I'm guessing you feel better bud?" Emilia chuckled, bringing her forehead to meet the umbreon's. 'Bre bre' it purred, bumping its forehead against hers. "Ah! I have an idea" she muttered, rummaging in her bag until she found a small charm of a moon and some rope. She gently tied the rope around the Umbreon's neck, looking back to see how it looked on him. "Really suits you hun!"

Shuffling her duffel bag so that she's able to swing it over her shoulder, Tsubaki holds the newly-acquired and newly-named Kiba in her arms as she contemplates where to go from here. The Snubbull was knocked back by the force of Sinatra's Aqua Jet, sent tumbling through the meadow's thick grass. The little pink pokémon, though hurt, jumped back up to its feet with another fierce growl of "Bull, bull, snub!"

Eva hissed through her teeth as the Snubbull crashed into Sinatra with a Tackle, but she was relieved to see that it didn't do too much damage. Her partner pokémon barked at his opponent in defiance, shaking off the dust. "Well done, Sinatra! Now try Disarming Voice!" Sinatra looked back at his trainer, shook out his neck frills, and barked an affirmative.

On the opposite side of the meadow, Neptune hopped to and fro, dodging the silken strings that the desperate Wurmple kept firing off. Inevitably, one did make contact, and his hurried movements slowed down as the sticky String Shot pinned the frog pokémon's legs together. "Wurmple," the opposing pokémon cheered, happy to see one of its attacks land on the evasive little frog.

Neptune, irritated, used his longer-range Bubble, bowling over the unsuspecting Wurmple. Eva called out to him from where she stood. "Good work! Next, you should get in close with Pound."

Both of her pokémon readied their next attacks, while their eager opponents shook themselves and leapt back into the fray.

Bonni breathed a sigh of relief once the Charmeleon was taken away, even Zamazenta was started to look worried. She stroked the fur on it's back as they waited.

Thankfully, the Charmeleon returned with a bright flame on the end of it's tail. Bonni took the shiny Pokemon from the Nurse's arms, thanking her profusely before heading over to a bench. She sat down with Pichu and Vulpix at either side, watching as the Charmeleon slept peacefully. Higgs stood in front on the floor with his arms crossed determinedly. Bonni smiled at him as he glanced towards them. "Good job on helping guys. The Charmeleon will be ok now." she thanked her Pokemon, patting each of them on the head.

As the shiny Pokemon rested in her arms, Bonni decided to people watch - checking out all the different kinds of Pokemon and their trainers coming through the door.

with the sun shining down on
charmeleon, it seemed to help
it heal up even more, and soon
it stirred in your arms, before
its eyes shot open.

"char" it greeted excitedly, now
well rested, it seemed like a whole
different pokemon!

it hopped from the blankets to
envelope you into a warm hug
of thanks.
