"Time to go, buddy," the trainer called, to which Neptune huffed and hopped over to her and Marigold. As Eva started to walk off, headed for the next town at the end of the route, she was surprised to hear the pitter-patter of footsteps behind her. She turned on her heel, only to find the little Dedenne traipsing after her cheerfully. "Well, hello again!" she greeted. "I guess you want to come along?"

"Denne," it chirped, long tail brushing against the back of Eva's legs in a friendly gesture. The stick laid on the grass, abandoned. It seemed as if it was just interested in coming with them?

"Oh!" Eva said, surprised. "Well, we'd be happy to have you!" The Dedenne looked quite pleased with this, offering a buck-toothed grin and releasing a few sparks in its excitement.

“Eevee,” Marigold barked in agreement, hopping down from Eva's arms and brushing cheeks with the wild Dedenne. Of course, the contact sent a jolt of electricity through the Eevee's body (courtesy of Nuzzle), and Marigold let out a startled cry as her fur puffed up.

"Ki, ki, ki, ki," Neptune giggled as he pointed at Marigold's spiked fur in amusement. The Dedenne squeaked in apology, but Marigold just shook out her fur and rolled her eyes.

"Well, come on, then!" Eva said, hiding a smile behind one hand. "Let's get moving. The next town isn't too far, and if Dedenne still wants to stay with us, we can always take on a new team member once we arrive."

She nodded to Waterfall before checking on Moon and Tears. "Oh wow you guys, maybe leave some for the others." She looked over at the Pokemon just watching the two eat almost all of it. "Maybe we should go to a cafe or something after the competition." She brought them back to the table, waiting for the competition to start.

Bonni smiled as she watched her three Pokemon trotted beside her, looking happy. They must have travelled a ways, in order for the next town to be visible. She was looking forward to checking it out though, and she hoped her Pokemon did too..

Her thoughts were cut short however by the other young trainers approach. Bonni listened to him, then nodded accordingly. "Thanks! I guess we'll see!" she answered, stepping back to give the Pokemon some room. "Skadi, Higgs, go get 'em! You got this!" Higgs did a flip off of Zamazenta's back, and landed with a flaming skid. Her Vulpix hopped up beside him, looking confident.

"Alright Skadi, use Ice Shard on Pansage! Higgs, use Growl on Scraggy." Bonni knew that her Vulpix was vulnerable to her opponents Scraggy, but she trusted her first moves and her Scorbunny to help Skadi.
"Your move now!"

((I assume you meant Pansage, lol? Either works though! =D))

Ice shard seemed effective on the
pansage, and lowered its hp.

scorbunny used growl, and lowered
scraggys attack by one.

"Use play nice on vumpix!"

pansage used play nice on vulpix, but it
unfortunately failed.

"Good try, scraggy, use leer on scorbunny!"
she commanded, and scorbunnys defense
was lowered by one.

Lizzie faced the wood, it was almost as big as Waterfall so she smiled, she made a good choice. She grabbed the biggest tool to cut off the much unneeded wood, she also cut off was was going to be Waterfall's shell and placed the chunk on the table, it was heavy, but she could deal with it. She caved the wood that was going to be the shell and after awhile of hard work it was finished, she grabbed the sandpaper on her table to rub off the wood that didn't fit, now the shell was smooth. She made sure the shell was hollow too.

She then began work on the Lapras' neck, spend alot of time making sure it was balanced. She smiled as Waterfall put the shell on top of her shell but continued to work, soon she used sandpaper to make it smooth, then she carved out the face, that part was a little hard but she spent only a little time on the mouth and eyes. She then carved each flipper, doing a step on each flipper before moving onto the next step. She again, used sandpaper. Then it was the back, it was the easiest but she carved a thing on it's back and shell so they snapped together. She didn't have time to admire her work before she began mixing paints, she had an hour to spare so she spent that time painting, she had just finished her second coat of paint before the time ran out, she looked at everyone else's, they had some pain on theirs too but some chose a pokemon with too many colours and didn't have time to finish. She gazed back at her creation then turned to Waterfall. "So, what do you think?" She asked her, gently stroking the water type's neck.

Her Scorbunny still seemed eager to battle, hopping from foot to foot. "Your turn Higgs, use Ember on Scraggy!"
