Pokémon Adopters [V.4]

I slowly reach into my bag and pull out a pokeball, I toss it at the tailow in hopes of catching it. We all watch the pokeball, watching it blink.

The pokeball shakes once, twice, three times....

Caught! You now have a new pokemon on your team. Just as you go to retrieve the ball, you hear a shout from deeper in the forest. What do you do?

I whisper to the ball "welcome to the team" with a slight smile, happy at catching another pokemon. I let the bird out and tell it it's name is Tally. All if my pokemons heads turn toward a sound. "Well, let's go check it out, shall we?" All my pokemon give a shout and soon we are heading towards the source of the sound.

[It's alright, no need to worry I really try hard to do your part. So mine often end up much smaller than I'm used to so sksks.]

Rosie took a deep breath and exhaled. Rosie was a little worried the it would break out and run away, but Rosie was sure that happened to others. Rosie took the Pokéball in her hand and threw it at the playful Eevee.

Eevee was captured! Azura happily jumps around you, eager to have made a new friend. Azura spots something in the grass near where the eevee was. You wait for Azura to return, it looked very interested in whatever was in the grass. As your pokemon nudges it closer to you, a faint jingling sound is heard.

It appears to be a bell. It's semi-translucent in some areas, and tiny engravings are on the bell, seemingly spelling out a word. You can tell it starts with sui- but that's all. Peculiar.

Rosie was a little stunned about Azura finding such a beautiful bell. Rosie tried thinking of what started with Sui. "S- suic- s- s- Oh! Suicune!" "Maybe I'll use it in a better place, after all this is still route one." Rosie said to herself. "Time to get a move on Auzra!" Rosie said heading to the nearby town.

Rosie was a little stunned about Azura finding such a beautiful bell. "S- suic- s- s- Oh! Suicune!" Rosie said reading the engravings. "Maybe I'll use it in a better place, after all this is still route one." Rosie said to herself. "Time to get a move on Auzra!" Rosie said heading to the nearby town.

As you approach the nearby town, there's a few boxes lying around, nicely wrapped, and neatly tied with a ribbon. A note tag on both, says that one contains a unique present! The other is- not as good. Which one do you want to take? The one on the left, is wrapped in glittery, pale blue wrapping paper with a pale pink ribbon tied around it. The other, has shimmery, iridescent white wrapping paper and tied with a holographic ribbon.

Both look very appealing to both your pokemon. They look at you, interested in what you have to choose. Which one?

I see a person standing there, apparently the one who had stolen the pokemon. I whisper to my pokemon, "Tall you fly in front of the person and distract them, Otty and Zoren, you will go up behind him and see if you can pin them down. I'm much easier to be seen and will stay here till you get them down, once you do I will run over and help you with them." My pokemon all give a nod that they understand and I watch as Tally flies ahead of Zoren and Otty.

Savanah, your plan goes into action. The perpetrator is knocked to the ground, and drops the pokeballs in his panic. Although he breaks free of your team's grasp, the pokemon have been returned! It seems he even abandoned his own.. oh dear.

I watch as the thief runs off and as I near the pokeballs he has dropped I see he has also dropped his own. Tally lands beside me and peers at the pokeball in curiosity. Zoren sniffs it and then sits down on the other side of me. Otty, well, he was off in his own land. I think me and my pokemon agreed. "So we open it? Get a look at the pokemon? See how it acts? Maybe it liked it's owner and if it does, we will try to return it. Sound good?" I asked my pokemon, watching as they nod in agreement. I grab the pokeball and ready to open it.

Lilac Rivers w/ Tuttle (Shiny Turtwig)--Location: Pokelab ---> Route--Mod: Mimu

Lilac's eyes shimmered as she looked at the tiny turtle sleeping patiently in the professor's arms. "This is a Turtwig. He seems to have some odd coloration, which makes him very special! So, will you name him?" He said, and handed Lilac the Pokemon. Suddenly, the Turtwig yawned and opened its eyes to look at Lilac, and let out a confused "Turtwig?". "Hmm... you look like your name could be... Tuttle!" She smiled, and patted Tuttle's head. Tuttle let out a happy "Turrrtwig!" and rubbed his face into Lilac's chest. "Before you go, I left a bag with stuff for you on the table. It's for your journey!" The professor smiled. Lilac put Tuttle down and picked up the backpack, which was light. It had six pokeballs in it, and plenty of room for more stuff. She put the backpack on, and picked up Tuttle before running out the doors and saying cheerfully "Thank you Professor! I'll take care of Tuttle!". Soon, Lilac was in the tall grass with Tuttle close by. He was playing with some flowers he found, sniffing and biting them playfully.

Woah! A chimchar. It doesn't seem all that keen to return to its trainer, honestly. The other trainer has already left, leaving a polite thank you note, and apologizing for leaving so suddenly.

I watch as the Chimchar looks around, it didn't seem to miss the thief. "Hi, my names Savanna and this is Tally, Otty, and Zoren." I say cheery pointing at each pokemon in turn. "Would you like to join my team? If it's okay with you, can I call you Chim-Chim? I like to give all my pokemon nicknames." I say cheerily, hoping it'll say yes.
