"Greetings, beings of this world and beyond. You may know me as Shyama."
A strange, birdlike creature residing in the outskirts of the town Smoothieville. She appears to take the form of a crow or raven, though the strange horn and long, hairlike feathers protruding from her head seem to suggest otherwise. Shyama rarely speaks to others, usually locked up in her house, though those who wander by her home at the edge of town may hear her 'speaking to the spirits' - Or so she claims. Some people simply think she's a crazy old bird whose brains have long since left her...

Pet's name: Crispin

Crispin is an anti-social old rabbit. He dislikes fun, parties and people in general. He is constantly on the hunt for a monocle to aid his bad eyesight, because he hates actual glasses. (Especially Specsavers.) His role model may or may not be Scrooge.

"...Hello. My name is Sakura. It is good to meet you... I am often quiet and closed off when I am first meeting others, but if I warm up to you, I am gentle and kind. I am sensitive, observant, and empathetic as well. Though I do not often become upset, or angry, as it is difficult to make me so, if one does manage to... it is most unpleasant. For I have a long memory, and I am slow to forgive. I am as of now young still, but if I stay healthy I may outlive many other... pets. For I am no normal 'pet'... I am what is called a 'dryad', or a tree spirit. I live as my tree does, a Japanese cherry blossom, as we are not separate beings, but one and the same. We thrive together, sicken together, grow together, die together. If my tree was chopped down, I, too, would fall, and the opposite is true as well. Sometimes I live within my tree, as a non-tangible spirit, but often I am seen in a tangible form. I do not need normal sustenance, only water, light, air. I can sense what my tree is feeling, like a breeze, or the gnaw of insects, and it feels what I do, as well. I understand the speech of all of my kin, the plants. My greatest love is nature, of course, and I am most comfortable 'outside', as it is called. I enjoy helping to start new lives and aiding them with their growth, as my life was- I believe this is called 'gardening'?- but I will not kill 'weeds'. I will convince them to grow elsewhere, or mechanically move them if I must. I have no love for those who are heedless of nature. I do not accept 'littering' and other such activities defiling our planet. As a 'hobby', I will 'garden' for those who require my services. Many say there is no better 'gardener' than me. I have lived in this town for eight years, since my tree was planted. As soon as it sprouted, I, too, as a pup, sprang into existence, as a animal counterpart of the tree. I have grown to love this town, and though I do not have many 'friends', I am not disliked. I believe that is all the knowledge about myself. Thank you for your patience, listener. Perhaps we shall meet again...?"

Pet's name: Pixels

Pixels is a rather young dog. She is quite a nerd too, and would rather play videogames and read comics than actually interact with others. She's also terribly shy,taking her months to trust anyone she meets. She is seen as weird and crazy to others since she dislikes social interaction so much, and practices magic. She claims to have a pink, cat-like creature as her friend, although nobody but her can see it. She has been known to curse others, but it has rarely happened. She appears as fairly nice, but if she gets mad at someone, or they in someway hurt her, she will either curse them or summon something to hurt them.

"Hello. My name is Althea, but you may call me anything you would like..."

Althea is young, although certainly not a child. It's highly unlikely that that is her natural hair or even her natural eye color (it's rumored she wears colored contacts). She is almost always wearing frilly dresses and other sorts of clothing, and it's rumored before she came to Smoothieville, she was a bit of a flirt, using her looks to convince males to buy her places to stay and anything else she needed. She seems to enjoy being near any bodies of water, although she refuses to say why. In fact, Althea seems to be rather secretive about any parts of her past, although she'll gladly talk for hours about the most random of things - she's an extreme chatterbox. Althea makes friends more easily with the young and innocent, and although she flirts with males, almost seems to have a deep-down grudge for them, snapping at them when they do something wrong.
