Ania looks at her cave and sighs. "We can't have a dowt without members, now can we?" She walks out of the cave looking for a place to talk to The Ancestors. After walking her territory, she decides the best way to get close to them is in the highest tree. She makes her way up the tree, taking her time. Once she gets to the top, she sits and looks to the sky. "Ancestors bless me with a High General, for we cannot start to hunt without a commander." Ania looks a little longer and then begins her descent. Once on the ground, Ania decides to patrol in hopes of finding prey and willing cats to join.

ania wandered the territory, her patrol going smoothly so far. the humid rainforest air surrounded her like a thick fog, pressing against her sides. flicking her tail, the highest queen stopped at a stream, and knelt her head to drink. she slowly looked up, only to find another pair of eyes looking right back at her. stepping back, she narrowed her eyes, annoyed that another cat was on her territory. however, the fur along her spine fell as she remembered that the dowt needed more cats. "hello, are you aware that this is the dowt of wet colors territory?" the cat's head went up, and they were revealed to be an ocelot. "i-i wasn't aware, my apologies. i was sent by cats who call themselves... the ancestors?" ania's eyes lit up at this statement, and she rushed forwards to the cat, gesturing for them to follow her. "i asked the ancestors for a high general," she meowed, continuing to walk. "i assume that is what you are, correct?" the newcomer slowly nodded, matching ania's pace. "i am ania, highest queen of the dowt of wet colors." "i would be honored to be your high general, highest queen ania," the ocelot stated, before stopping. "do you hear that?" ania stopped, her ears swiveling around, straining to pick up any other noises. the sound of leaves rustling startled the pair, and both of their heads snapped to the left, where a tiger was emerging from the undergrowth. backing up, ania nervously looked at the big cat, and calmed down internally when she noticed that she was pregnant. "hello, are you in need of some help?" she questioned, feeling sympathy for the lonely feline. "that would be greatly appreciated," the tigress rumbled, her voice like thunder rolling across the sky. "my mate was killed in a leopard attack." she gulped, looking weary and emotionally exhausted. "of course. perhaps you would like to join my dowt?" we're in need of members." the tigress pondered this for a second, before she nodded gratefully. "t-thank you so much, ...." she trailed off, not knowing who this kind margay was. "highest queen ania of the dowt of wet colors, but you may refer to me as ania." ania stated, not wanting to seem arrogant with her huge title. the tigress blinked and smiled at the pair, before joining them. the trio padded back to camp, where ania gave them a tour.

based in the sprawling jungles of at the coast, the habitat
that these cats live in is just as unique and wild as the cats
themselves.

the sauperium is a dowt founded by three great cats, the
ones that are highly praised and respected amongst the tribe.
Those three cats were statera, pax and conflictus. they
were and still the balance of the jungle to them, with statera
being the eldest and most exalted of the three. statera was
a jaguar, while pax was a clouded leopard and conflictus was
a panther. They ruled for many years until they finally
lifted themselves to the realm of the spirits.

the once powerful kingdom fell afterwards, though one leopardess
plans to change this and become the next leader to rise them from
the ashes of a once-great kingdom.

the location is on the coast next to a jungle, which houses some
forested areas aswell a small rocky part. The camp is a waterfall
next to a flattened area of rocks and trees, quite well protected
from most attacks. It had a river running down it, which leads to
the most common river that they hunt at. There is all the place
of star-washed spirits, which is a temple that has a pool of water
that glows in the night, once used by humans many centuries ago.

The Whispering Moon Dowt reside in a mountainous region located in western Russia. Their territory primarily cold most of the time as their valley is high in altitude. This is a sacred name that they only give to cats they trust with their lives. Their Dakh is a one word summary of their future. It is often very vague and can adapt if the cat goes through a great change in their lives.

The Cats; The cats of the Whispering Moon Dowt are often big-bodied. Though it is not uncommon to see a Caracal or Serval. The Dowt is very prideful and loyal to one another and will defend each other to the death. As the saying goes, if you mess with one of them, you mess with them all.

Swaying Leaves

The Swaying Trees are strong and swift, their paws hardened to traipsing across hard land and the rough bark of tall tropical trees. These cats live on a large river, with a large island in the middle with chains of stepping stones to the shores in a rainforest by the shores of a natural uninhabited harbour. Everything here is tropical, from the cats to the plants. The personalities of these cats also vary and are very unique, from graceful and sneaky to big-headed and shy. However, the trait the stays the same is their sneakiness,ruthlessness or manipulative attitudes. Leaders only have one life and any cat can fight them for it on the night of a full moon, when everybody is at their strongest.

The river is said to be holy, and too deep to be crossed by predators. Unholy cats will be forced to jump in the river and if they survive they will be granted a second chance, but will never be allowed to take a mate. When a new Boss is granted by the full moon a great hunting session will begin through-out the dowt where everybody will go out to hunt.

Professor - A new rank that often applies to wise cats who are the ones who communicate to the Stars the most. Healers are now simply healers and the Boss is the all-high leader. A professor also looks for omens within natural life to predict weather and outcomes of certain things.

The Clouded Mountains dowt spends their lives in a vast mountain range covered in lush, green grass and shrouded in clouds. Not much threatens this group here, except for the occasional eagle or rogue that will snatch up cubs when their mothers aren't watching. There is an occasional house or two among these mountains but the humans never stray to far into the mountains, usually choosing to stick to their odd paths. On the far side of the mountains, there is a large body of water that seems to stretch on forever. None of the members of Clouded Mountains have tried to swim it to see exactly how far it goes but they do enjoy swimming in the shallows of the water. Many young recruits will play on a ledge overlooking the vast water and sometimes dare each other to jump off. Of course, nearly everyone in the group has judged from the ledge since the majority of the group is thrill-seekers.

The cats of this group vary vastly. All different cats- ranging from small, wild cats to large mountain lions- live in Clouded Mountains.
Every member of this group is extremely reckless and always getting into fights with members from other dowts. They have no impulse control and will go after everything that they want when they want it. Despite being reckless, they are very kind-hearted and can be smart at times.

Toxic Smoke
Number of Cats: 3

Sabina walked back to her Dowt, with her was her new general, Zeus, and the new Shaman, Lusa. As they arrived in camp Lusa went off to the Shaman den, Zeeke going off into the Mercenaries Den. The sun's last rays of light beaming brightly over the trees. Sabina yawned and headed off into her den, almost immediatly falling asleep as her body hit the moss of the den.
One Moon Later...
Sabina quickly crawled ontop of the tall tree that stood tally in the center of camp. She rested herself onto a branch, her tail flicking next to her. She let out a yowl, signalling she was holding a Dowt Meeting. Lusa and Zeeke, who had been previously talking gathered around the roots. Sabina sat up straight, her claws digging into the wood beneath her, terrified of falling off. "Me and Zeeke will go hunting, Lusa may you go collect herbs?" Sabina announced. Lusa nodded her head, rising from her paws and going off into the forest, Sabina crawled to the ground, meeting up with Zeeke. The 2 cats trekked into the forest, Sabina's ears pricking at the slightest of movements.

the name of this dowt comes from the elysian fields, a concept of the afterlife held by the greecian. despite it's name bringing visions of colorful meadows, covered in sweet grass, the dowt of elisium live in a dry wasteland in the desert. an abandoned village is where they take shelter most often, shielded from the harsh desert sun. miles north is an oasis, shaded by palm trees that line a giant lake.

cats • elisium is not a dowt that secludes others from joining them. should any cat wish to seek shelter with them, they are welcomed. because of the heat, certain species are not often seen, if ever.
