Ame watched his starter hobble back over to him when someone snatched him right up and ran. ...he jumped up from his seat, making the chair topple over backwards and ran after the Antonio snatching girl, silently cursing under his breath before shouting out to her on the streets, this was bound to get at least some attention, he guessed. "Oi, get back here and give me back my starter, you thief!" He just hoped he could keep going until he reached her..but he was already feeling winded. Would be just like his kinda luck if he lost his very first Pokemon on his very first day of his pitiful life as Pokemon trainer.. What a lovely day in Alola this turned out to be..not.

Ringmaster blinked twice at the sight of the abnormally-puny Gastly, tilting her head curiously with a small smile as she shifted Cyndaquil’s weight a bit in her arms. “Well aren’t you just a tiny git, then?” she cooed adoringly. “What’s a cutie like you doing out here all by your lonesome?”

I look at the small Treeko that the professor gave me. “It’s really tiny... kind of like me.” I go to pat the Treeko’s head, but her head moves away. I frown, and move my hand away. “She’ll do that.” The professor smiled sadly, looking at the Treeko. “She tends to be easily scared of visitors. But she’ll warm up to ya!”

I nod, making a mental note of that. “Thanks, Prof!” I wave as I make it to the door, and turn to wait for Treeko. She cocks her head at me, and realizes that I’m waiting for her, so she hops down, and walks over, a bit cautiously, as Treeko follow me to the door.

As we leave together, I breath in the fresh air, and calmly walked to the grass, but Treeko pulls at my leg to stop me. “What’s up, little buddy?” I turn and crouch down to see what was wrong, when suddenly...
