He thanked the nurse and headed towards the Pokemon Center's cafe, with Pichu - he decided to call it Spark - waddling after him.

Almost there, Antonio seemed to want some attention, so he muttered a "Let me sit first.." Once he was sat down at one of the cafe tables, he pet Antonio's head. What a day..and it wasn't even dinner time yet. It took not even half a day to have him questioning his life choices.

Julian looked at the Zoroarks paw before slightly touching it, seeing the pokemon flinch.

"This might hurt a lot," Julian grabbed the poke trap with both his hands and used all his strength (and a strong stick) to eventually open it up. He then searched through his bag and found a tiny med kit before wrapping the pokemons paws up.

"If there is a poke center near by, I can try to buy something that might help you? Stupid people trying to catch pokemon with traps.. they could seriously hurt a person.."

once julian took off the trap, the zoroark looked at it's paw then nodded.
however, mid-way, the zoroark fainted.

antonio looked around the cafe, and hopped down from the table.
it began dragging itself towards the other pokémon, and socializing.
spark stayed by you, sitting right next to you, playing with its feet.
spark jumped under the table, as if it saw something..
then came back up with a.. pokéball? it wasn't empty, either.
somebody had definitely dropped the pokéball here on purpose,
because right on the release button, a "please take care of me!" note had been taped onto it..

Ame watched with a smile as Anonio went off to socialize with some other Pokemon. His partner was more of a social butterfree than he himself, it seemed.

Remembering he had another Pokemon to watch out for now, he turned towards Spark, who had apparently found something..?
"Um..thanks bud." The trainer pet the Pichu's head and took the item, glad to not get shocked this time. A Pokeball? With a note? Reading the note, he realized just what that meant, someone had willingly abandoned the Pokemon inside. Just who would do something like that? There were plenty of other ways to make sure a Pokemon got a good home. Abandoning it and leaving up to chance who found it certainly wasn't one of them.
He decided to take a look at the unfortunate Pokemon, hoping it wasn't a bug as he called it out of it's ball.

(Thanks, googled at which level it learns what, apparently that's not much but to be expected from a low level baby pokemon =D )

All 3 attacks landed and all 3 pokemons seemed to struggle to stand up. The guy lets out a yell before retrieving all of his pokemon and grunting out a low 'You win this time kid' before running away. You've won the battle! It looks like the guy dropped some cash and items- 3 evolution stones. Your pokemon lets out happy yelps and jumped out happily- But then a strange light enveloped all 3 of them- A triple evolution at once?! What a rare sight! After a few seconds, 3 new pokemon stood infront of you- A Lurantis, Infernape and Zoroark stood proudly in front of you.

Phoenix excitedly punched a fist into the air when the stranger ran off, before then freezing when suddenly the trio were shining. Once it's over they gasp and rush over, grinning practically from ear to ear. "You guys did so good!" They cheer, trying their hardest to hug all three of them at the same time.

They look up at a nudge to their shoulder, before letting out a small laugh and pulling Geb in as well, ignoring the stones and money he had brought over that the other guy dropped.

Eventually they all let go and Phoenix moves to stand, picking up their new prizes and putting them into their bag with a hum. "Well, I guess it's time to head back into town and battle that Gym, yea?" they offer, letting out a small laugh at the enthusiastic cheers before they put them all back into their pokeballs. They want to get them all healed up at the pokecenter before getting to the Gym.

Enjyre gasped quietly as realization struck her, flooding her mind with the legends of Mew. She could hardly believe that she had met the mythical pokemon so soon after starting her journey as a pokemon trainer. In fact, if it hadn't been for Jacira playing with the friendly pink pokemon. Jacira, apparently over her initial fear of Mew, was bouncing circles around it, yipping happily.

((I think I'm gonna wait a bit to use my shells to get a pokemon, just because I started so soon! Thank you for hosting such a generous event, though!! I hope you had a good birthday <3))

After spending quite a bit of time playing with Jacira, Mew get pretty tired.
It sits in front of you and you have two options capture it or let it leave.

As you enter the house you see all of the pokemon that you've left with your mother, as well as a few that seem to have wondered in and stayed with her. These include a pachirisu and a honedge that you've never seen before.
You can choose to switch out your team now if you wish. The pokemon who you haven't caught also seem willing to join you if you'd let them.

"Whaddya say?" Vanessa asked as she let her team rest and began calling over her new team; Shaymin, Riolu, Leafeon, Umbreon, Jangmo-o and Pichu.

Snapping out of her shocked stupor, Enjyre crouched down to Mew's level, a soft smile on her lips. She began to rummage through her bag as she spoke. "Hey. I know it's kinda sudden, but-" She pulled a pokeball from her bag, one of the few Professor Sycamore had given her when he gave her Jacira. She held it out to the Mew, not breaking her gaze with the pink pokemon. "Would you like to join our team?" At her trainer's words, Jacira leapt into Enjyre's lap and wagged her tail at the Mew. "We're going anywhere the wind takes us, Jacira and I, and I think we'd both like to have you by our side!" Enjyre grinned. "It'll be fun! Whad'ya say?" Enjyre knee that having such a strong pokemon with her while she made a name for herself out there would be amazing, but she wanted to give the Mew a choice.
