Fish tea: pour hot water over katsuoboshi and steep. I made some the other night because it was cold and stormy and I didn't want the caffeine from green tea. Too much salt, not enough fish. It tasted bad. Several people asked why I thought it was a good idea.

I regularly pour orange juice over ice cream and eat/drink it like that

Depends on the type of ice cream I guess. Vanilla with orange sounds kinda nice.

I like to put a lot of lemon into my mashed potatoes.

when I eat spaghetti i use both the tomato sauce and alfredo sauce
i don't like potatoes in any form
