the girl lead you to a narrow road, where surely enough, you saw a little girl being cornered by a pokémon.
The Pokémon.. Was a Zoroark?!

"No, stop!" The girl yelled.
The Zoroark looked at the girl in sheer anger.
You could tell, it was hurting.

The man turned around, startled by the girls enterance.
"Woah! Th-this is my Pokémon! It fainted when.. I was in battle! Weird Pokémon with celery, are you okay?!"
Obviously, he was faking since you were the one who had battled it.

Enjyre jumped as the pink Pokemon appeared in front of her. She tended, expecting an attack, but slowly relaxed as none came. She took a wary step closer to the creature, curious. Something about it reminded her of a story her mother told her long, long ago, though Enjyre couldn't quite place her finger on it...
"H-hello?" Enjyre said tentavively. Jacira kept close to her trainer's heels, wary of the strange Pokemon. "What's you name? And where did you come from?"

"mew mew~" The pokemon calls out
It spins once in a circle before stopping and floating at face level with you.
It stays there for a moment, as if it were examining you, until it has decides you're a good person.

The pokemon then goes down to Jacira in an attempt to play with her.

Vanessa looked up at it, sending it a small smile before her front door opened and her mother stepped out, seeing the guarding pokemon. "Oh it came back!" she squealed, "What?" Vanessa asked in confusion, "Oh this Lugia, it protected me this morning from a few sketchy trainers that tried to take growlithe and Squirtle" she explained, petting the enormous pokemon as Vanessa looked up in awe. "Hey Lugia, this is Vanessa, my daughter, she means no harm" her mother explained softly, calming the pokemon down as Vanessa offered to reach her hand out, seeing if it would let her pet it.

It seems to trust you a lot more now that your mother has calmed it.

It was a much higher Level than your Fennekin.. There's no way you could battle it.

Ame wasn't entirely sure what to think when he saw his new partner sparkle of all things upon emerging from the Pokeball. He hated sparkly things.. He was pretty sure his brother had gotten the most sparkly first Pokemon for him just to tease him about it later.
Well, at least the little Pokemon was cute.
"I will name you Antonio and you shall be the coolest starter ever, despite looking like you rolled in glitter...or something."
Antonio just looked up at him with an unreadable expression.
"So um...wanna head out now?" The trainer wasn't entirely sure just what exactly to say, so it was a rather awkward first meeting.
After some trial and error regarding a water type with flippers having a bit of trouble keeping up with a leg creature like a human, he begrugingly decided to carry the little blue seal, much to Antonio's joy.
So now he headed towards one of the sunny routes of Alola while carrying a little sparkle creature and grumbling something about his brother doing this on purpose.
