It very cleanly set out and arranged very well. I would have to guess that it's design would be set by the person hosting the competition. There could be a chance to tweaking a few of the images and such so they look like they aren't taking up the space as much, because from what I can see they are over-riding most of the work that you have done with the coding in the middle. Other than that, It looks very well done and you should be happy with how it turned out. I really like the colour scheme of the signature.
