Rocky saw the two new dogs that came in with the hunting party, and saw the boar between them. He was happy that two good hunters were added to his kennel. He was about to ask the two new males about their history when he heard tell of another boar scent in the area. He sent the two new males as a full patrol out to find it and bring it back to camp.

Just as he was about to send out more patrols before leaving to speak with the ancestors, he saw Eir bringing a young looking pup into camp. He walked over to her and asked what happened. Upon hearing the story, he immediately sent them out again to try to find the parents of the poor pup, in case there was more unfortunate news about the separation.

ikaika accepts the newest recruit into thallium, a retriever named apollo.
ikaika sends apollo out on a patrol with nebula. santos and ikaika go on a
hunting patrol to the beach. when they come back, ikaika decides to send
santos on a night patrol around the park. ikaika sees nebula and the new
recruit, apollo, sitting close to each other. ikaika goes under the pier to
ask the ancestors for a shaman.

Paris, France, is home to the Opera Populaire, an opera house -- but what no one knows is what lies beneath. It is believed to be haunted by not one, but many "opera ghosts", which cannot be farther from the truth. In the catacombs beneath the Opera Populaire is the residence of a group of french-speaking dogs, whether they are strays, foreigners who have come from distant lands off of ships, or formerly owned by humans. Very few dare in broad daylight to venture out of the catacombs through the opera house, which can be accessed through secret passageways even the humans are unaware of, but when they do, they must stick to the shadows out of fear of being spotted or caught. Nevertheless, they have earned themselves the name of "opera ghosts" because of those brave souls. When night has fallen, and those who live in the opera house dormitories have retired to their beds for the night, is when the dogs often roam. Many prefer to sleep during the day, and emerge once nighttime has fallen.

Small or toy breeds are unheard of within the opera ghosts -- common are irish wolfhounds, shetland sheepdogs, pharaoh hounds, great danes, pitbulls, dobermans, collies, cane corsos, borzois, bloodhounds, briards, and great pyrenees, along with other breeds and french dogs, to name a few. All dogs must prove themselves honorable and must gain the trust of the phantom before they will be fully accepted into the Opera Ghosts. They must also uphold their laws -- the most important, never reveal themselves to humans. The Opera Ghosts are dogs who reject the lifestyle of being owned, and are taken in by the phantom. Every dog of the Opera Ghosts has a story -- but it is up to them to determine their future and the path they wish to tread.
