eight. solid design, nice colors, and unique evolution method (that can get annoying lol). its downsides are its abysmal shiny, and its ice typing, its just not a good type. sorry glaceon, your not very competitively good (for me at lease shshshsjh)
worst competitive eeveelution, but one if the better designed ones.
