pets can self-donate themselves to the pound if they feel you do not pay enough attention to them.

Staff and 2008-2010 members receive a complete collection for free, including all non-store pets and every item (excluding customs). If they pay 10c$ they can get a bonus custom pet and item, and for 20c$, they receive every store pet released. They can also get this up to ten times, meaning that rarities decrease dramatically.

Pets would be able to decease, and you would have to feed them to keep them alive. When pets die, they're gone forever.

You have to feed, play with, and put your pets on your signature regularly to keep them. Otherwise, your pet will go to the Pound, and you'll get a message saying "Your pet ran back into the wild!". In other words, all pets become Club Penguin puffles.

CS gacha. Every month a new batch of adoptables is released, but you can only adopt them by spending C$. With the C$ you can buy CS lootboxes with a random CS adoptable.

Predators (dogs, cats, lions etc.) can eat prey animals (rodents, bunnies, etc.) if they are placed in a group together.

Bonus: you can feed unwanted pets to predators.
