Yes, it was One Eye.

It was clear from the beginning that I was ambitious, - When he first came to Clear Sky's group he was acting overly confident, especially when he was asking for a place in the group.
Looks can be deceiving, - Clearsky noted the fact that he looked skinny and sickly but he was a powerful cat.
I was accepted because of my skills, - One Eye showed Clear Sky that he was skilled with hunting and that was why he had accepted him.
The disease was not known of, - The birds began to have a disease that affected the cats.
They were warned, - Holly and Mouse Ear warned Clear Sky that they would regret taking him in.
I attacked her, - One Eye attacked Sparrow Fur while she was trying to find Tom.
I killed one of my group, - Tom protected Sparrow Fur from One Eye and while they were fighting Tom was killed.
I do not agree with rules or authority, - One Eye disrespected Clear Sky and told him that his rules would only lead to heartbreak.
I took over and had my spies help me, - One Eye had his daughter, Star Flower, find out what Clear Sky was planning by having her talk to Thunder, who did not know she was One Eye's daughter.
They defeated my group after some difficulty, - Clear Sky's group was cornered, so they had to leave and regroup. Clear Sky was left behind and punished by One Eye. Another plan was set into action and they defeated One Eye's group.
I was defeated by him that day. - After One Eye fought with Grey Wing, Lightning Tail, and Cloud Spots, Thunder kills him.
Who am I? I am One Eye.
