Insanemoosekit grew scared at the death of yet another cat. And now there were only insane cats left. Insanemoosekit decided to stay on the moon, where no one could reach him, and prayed to THE MOOSE SLAYER to protect him, as he always had protected the lime green winged kitten of five moons.

The kittens had thoughts that they were right, all the
sane were murderers. The illusion that shrouded their
minds was convincing them, while in all reality, those
normal cats were completely innocent. As the cats began
to go back to normal duties and fun kit things, Nightkit
was struck by a thorn, her neck impaled by the plant
excess. A gurgled scream ran from his throat as he died
a slow and painful death, eyes wide and glassy in shock.

As the killer slunk away, nobody noticed, their sight
impaled by the heavier darkness in the nursery, the
damp air giving them no comforts.
