--Twolegs are starting to venture closer to the warehouse that the clan has been staying in for these seemingly short moons. The clan must discuss moving once again...
--Mockingbirdcry leads patrols closer to the Twoleg town again, asking the street cats there what they know. The news doesn't bode well for the clan, and Mockingbirdcry goes back to his leaders with a sinking feeling.
--While the patrol is away, a couple of adventurous Twolegs wander around the warehouse. The cats stay out of sight for the most part, but this incident only confirms what the street cats of the Twoleg town said. ChaosClan may be in danger.
--The apprentices start focusing more on their stealth skills, hiding their pelts in foliage and blending into their surroundings. Cicadastar goes to watch the training, watching her kits with pride.

The wastelands are now known as the Scorch - the change in the climate was catastrophic, and storms still wreck havoc for those that survived the flares. Firestorms, extreme heat, tsunamis, earthquakes, severe thunderstorms, tornados... all are still common as the earth has not recovered, and probably never will.
Among the apocalyptic changes to the environment, a clan of cats still survives. SolarClan has never been one to give up easily, nor do they plan to. Surviving in both underground tunnels and the destroyed and abandoned Twoleg buildings, SolarClan cats do not get outside very often due to the harsh conditions. Traveling by night is common, if the cats feel is necessary to travel at all.
Loyalty is a large part of SolarClan life. Those who are not loyal are banished, and it is very easy to find reason to banish a cat. Only those serious about the protection of the other cats remain, and SolarClan is a large family.

Territory: desert-like area surrounded by destroyed skyscrapers and other buildings, alongside broken down cats, buses, trucks, etc. Getting hurt on these pieces of wreckage is not uncommon. There is no forested areas, and water is often scarce, particularly in Greenleaf. The cats of SolarClan's past have retreated underground, staying out of sight from the humans for the most part - though the occasional infected human may make an appearance.
Predators/threats: normal predators are still among the cats. Storms or other extreme weather is common. Dehydration or heat exhaustion is common.
Camp: most of the camp is situated underground, with different caves being utilized as different dens. Often, the commanders like to sleep aboveground in the building that covers the entrance to the cat's cave system, particularly to be the first to alert to danger.
Prey: Chipmunk (1 serving), mole (2 servings), gopher (3 servings), lizard (1 serving), ground squirrel (2 servings), prairie dogs (3 servings)
Beliefs: there is no StarClan. Instead, the maesters of the clan will look to the sun for guidance. Commanders do not typically partake in requests unless absolutely necessary.

Ranks: a bit different from the typical clan.
-There are two commanders at all times, mostly to make sure the clan is not without leadership. Each moon, it is typical that one stays back to protect the camp and the other leads patrols. They do not receive any extra lives, as there is no StarClan.
-Commander in training: the one chosen to be next commander, though this position is only filled once one or both commanders have reached the age of 70 moons or more. (replaces deputy). Technically, this cat holds no power, though the knights often take their word as seriously as a true commander.
-Maesters: the medics of the clan. Typically, they read omens in the storms and may claim to interact with a 'sun god,' though not many cats in SolarClan still hold this belief. Sometimes there may be a maester that does not heal, and only tasks themself with interactions with the unknown.
-Knights: renamed from warriors. These cats perform the typical duties of hunting and patrolling.
-Cadets: renamed from apprentices. They are the knights in training. They must master digging, hunting, stealth, combat, and basic healing techniques before they are allowed to become knights.
-Caretakers: typically the mothers of the clan, though any cat who does not wish to or is no longer capable of hunting or patrolling can take this position. They are responsible for cleaning the camp, maintaining the integrity of the dens and entrance, and taking care of the kits. No kit may be left unattended due to the harsh nature of the world. Kits are not allowed outside until they are apprentices.
-Advisors: the elders of the clan. They are highly respected, as not many cats reach old age, and their word is nearly as important as the commander's.

This is my third CS clan and will be the clan permanently in hard mode! Also would like to enact medicine mode for this clan as well. I would like to request that my founder have short fur. Lineart for this clan please <3
