Number of Lions: Male [1] Females [1]

The mated pair traveled far and wide until coming across a grassland valley. The pair stand on top of a hill, looking at their new territory. They had left their prides to be together, wanting to form a pride where all lions where accepted. The female glances over at her new mate, before racing down the hill, the male chasing after her. The two laugh and run around together for a bit before stopping at the edge of a forest. "Here is where we shall make camp..." the male says out loud.

The pair continue to explore before deciding to split up and begin preparing their pride. The female, Layla, goes hunting to provide food for them. The male, Charlie, goes on a patrol.

Charlie goes on a patrol.
Layla hunts.

Mohatu looked out at the wet lands that he had made his home, wondering what had become of his family pride far back where he traveled from. It had taken him many, many moons to reach this land, and he was happy that he was fortunate enough to find one that was so fertile.

Kiburi walked up to her king's side and nuzzled into his mane, "My love, I am going to go out hunting."

He smiled down at her, "Alright, dearest, I am going to explore this new land and see if there is anything interesting to find. Perhaps I will bring something interesting home with me."

Shimo nodded in welcome to the little cub. "We'll figure out your name, but since we are low on kill, I'm going to go hunting," he murmured. "Raimu we'll keep watch over you," the king rumbled, glancing over at the Queen.

Raimu nodded. "Exspecially since I'll have cubs of my own soon," she murmured, chuckling.

My pride is called The Banished Ones. They are called this because they are the lions that were banished from other tribes, or cast out because they were thought useless. But they have banded together, and are working towards their ultimate goal. Taking over every pride who threw them out.

Number of Lions: Male [1] Females [2]

During his patrol, Charlie comes across a lioness who seems to be patiently waiting for him. Once insight the female stands up greeting the male with a smile. "There you are." she states firmly. Taken back a bit by the females attitude, Charlie chuckles a bit.
"Greeting. I am Charlie. Kind of these lands. I'm assuming you want to join my pride? Have you been waiting long?" he asks.

The female lion shakes her head no before introducing herself as Leela. She seemed agile and quick, probably a hunter. "Well come then... You shall be one of our hunters." the male explained, causing Leela to let out a happy rumble. The pair returns to the prides main resting area, the queen patiently waiting.

The king walks over to his queen, rubbing heads with her before introducing her to their new pride memeber. "Leela has joined us as one of our hunters. Would you mind going out with her and showing her the new lands? I plan on looking for more lions." Charlie explains. With that the kind disappears, heading out to look for more lions. Leela and Laya head out to go get some hunting done and bond a bit.

Charlie goes on a patrol.

Mohatu carefully followed the scent that he had found, it would seem that she might need help. He wondered what he would find on the other end of the trail and prepared himself for a fight. He knew that if Kiburi came home and found him gone she would just head out again to fill her time until he got back. She was very good at that.

Kiburi drug the antelope back to camp and saw that Mohatu had not come back yet. She figured he probably found something, so she went back out to hunt some more. If their pride was going to grow as fast as Mohatu hoped, then they would need a lot of food.

[Kiburi goes hunting]

Fall. Breeding season is coming up, but finding lone lions is quite rare since many have found pride to stick with, along with females finding their own mates, but there are still the occasional banished and lone lions. Prey is becoming fatter in preparation of pregnancy, so nabbing bigger wildlife is fairly common. Breeding season is close, so stalk up on extra food for the young ones!
