Pebblescatter - light tortoiseshell she-cat with a speckled nose
Snowberry - White she-cat with blue eyes and a bright pink nose
Otterwhisker - Long haired ginger tom with green eyes
Littlesplash - Small black she-cat, green eyes and is a very good swimmer.

pebblescatter - 3/10, not too fond of this name for this cat. pebble- is best for a grey cat, and -scatter isn't the best idea for a suffix, even if the cat is indeed spotted.
snowberry - 5/10, snow- is fine but -berry I'm not a fan of. I see where you are going with this, but I wouldn't advise naming a cat just for the color of its nose. try finding a suffix based off her skills, or if she isn't great in any particular one, try -fur or -pelt, they're nice and simple.
otterwhisker - 8/10, very good for a dark brown cat who is a talented hunter. I wouldn't recommend it for a ginger cat, though.
littlesplash - 10/10, I love it. some may argue against me, but I really like -splash for cats who are very adept in the water.

rookwhisker - secretive black tom who likes to keep to the shadows, a very good hunter but tends to go out on solo hunting trips for the clan instead of accompanying patrols
snaketail - lazy brown tabby she-cat with a nicked ear and long tail, very good climber
lizardfang - light brown tabby she-cat with a white belly, an excellent fighter and hunter

rookwhisker: A very interesting name, but, I see a secretive cat, and I think of the shadows.. still 8/10
snaketail: Not bad, an interesting cat name for sure 5/10
Lizardfang: lizardkit? I actually simply find this adorable..so 9/10

Cloudsplash: White she-cat, great at swimming. Not much of a hunter, but keen to the taste of fish- she tries.
Fishtail: A silly sort of cat, with a stump tail (By Breed, not an accident) He's good in the water. But, can be snappy.
Darkwing: Black male cat, with bright Green eyes, social, but- full of secrets. He's a good fighter, but for hunting, his skills lack.

(Do we need descriptions?)

Cloudsplash: - 9/10 Very descriptive, yet creative.

Fishtail:-8/10 It sounds right.

Darkwing:-10/10 It suits him perfectly.

Spottedlegs: Calico she-cat with blue eyes.

Marshmist: Orange tabby she-cat with gold-flecked blue eyes. Shy and secretive, but dangerous in battle.

Spottedlegs: Calico she-cat with blue eyes.

Marshmist: Orange tabby she-cat with gold-flecked blue eyes. Shy and secretive, but dangerous in battle.

    Spottedlegs; 5/10,
Prefix: "Spotted" fits perfectly. I would say its not too fitting if its a patched calico, though.

Suffix: Where does "legs" fit? theres nothing about the legs in the description? But if youre describing markings, -foot is there.

    Marshmist; 4/10,
Prefix: I'm not really sure about the prefix, why "marsh"? a marsh is many colours (like the green grass, but theres not such thing as a green cat!), unless youre referring to the mud? But why on an orange cat? I'm pretty sure the mud is not orange.

Suffix: I dont think "mist" fits at all actually, mist can lead astray and confuse, how does this translate into a suffix? And a Clan wouldnt want a cat like that in their clan, im pretty sure.

Crowclaw, a strong, charismatic midnight-black tom who enjoys fighting.
Snowstorm, a dainty white she-cat, tends to boast about anything, but is actually a good hunter.
Cloudfur, a big laid-back tom with a soft, luxurious pelt. who seems to be relaxed most of the time.
Sparrowfang, a sharp tongued violent brown she-cat that has no patience for fools.
Oatmeal, a meal usually eaten during breakfast.

I'm sorry, I just had to do all these. forgive me for the long post.

Cloudsplash - 9/10, a very good name and it fits the cat it belongs to.
Fishtail - 2/10, I have a few problems with this one. fish- could mean any kind of fish, so it doesn't really represent the cat's appearance very well -- it's really vague. -tail, however, is supposed to represent a cat that is good at climbing or very agile, since a cat's tail helps with balance. if this cat was in a clan, he probably would be afraid of climbing because of his short tail which doesn't provide much balance, which would definitely not warrant a -tail suffix.
Darkwing - 5/10, dark- is a good prefix, but -wing isn't a suffix I would recommend, especially not for this cat. if he's a good fighter and not hunter, use -claw.

Spottedlegs - 4/10, spotted- is a pretty good prefix for this cat but I'm not sure what -legs might represent. if she's quick on her feet, try -foot. if she's good at climbing, try -tail.
Marshmist - 5/10, marsh- is an okay prefix but definitely not for this cat. perhaps a grey-brown, dark grey or dark brown tabby would be better for this name. -mist I like, it conveys a secretive and mysterious air, but for this cat, I think -claw would be a better fitting suffix, as it shows very good battling skills.

Crowclaw - 10/10, a perfectly fitting name. it sounds good too.
Snowstorm - 8/10, a good name but for this cat I would recommend the suffix -whisker, as it is given to cats who are good hunters. -storm would be fitting a more volatile cat.
Cloudfur - 9/10, I like this name as well as this cat. if his prefix wasn't cloud- I'd recommend the suffix -cloud, but -fur is perfect for this situation.
Sparrowfang - 8/10 as long as this cat is above average at both hunting and fighting, as that's what -fang represents. if not, I'd say -storm works better.
Oatmeal - 100/10, this is the best name in all of the clans and it fits the cat so well -- especially since the cat is also a breakfast food, apparently. (please do not take this seriously)

Deerstep - a fast brown she-cat with long legs, very graceful and able to run well through thick woodland
Foxclaw - lean ginger tom, a very strong fighter with creative battle techniques
Frostface - small white she-cat with a bite to her speech, usually surprises cats with the intelligence and wit behind her pretty face

Deerstep ;; 8/10 it is alright. personally I just get images in my mind of a crazed reindeer, but otherwise I like it.
Foxclaw ;; 6/10 the simplicity is nice, that I can say. but besides that, the name just seems very bland. to me, it just doesn't really go anywhere for me.
Frostface ;; 9/10 I like how it is very specifically matched to the discription. the flow is very interesting as well :3

    ---

Frostfang [originally was named "Frostkit" for her pale silver fur, but was given the suffix "--fang" for her sharp, very white canines.]
Runningfawn [she-cat; very fast and lithe; has a very skinny and slender frame covered in short, soft dappled brown fur.]
Mudwhisker [dark brown tomcat with long, just as dark whiskers.]

Frostfang-- 7/10. unique, but, "fang" wouldn't seem like a proper suffix in my oppinion.
Runningfawn-- 9/10. beautiful name!
Mudwhisker-- 7/10. nice name and flow, but they just don't seem to fit right.

Hazelscent- 8/10 Very pretty, but I keep tasting cinnamon when I hear it. Whether it's because I just had cinnamon waffles, I don't know. That's just the sensation I'm getting, X3
Dawnpool- 5/10 It's nice, but neither the prefix or suffix are extremely unique.
Cedarleaf- 9/10 Very nice name!
Crowflight- 6/10 It's not 100% unique. Though I haven't heard that exact name, but I have seen several variations of a species of bird next to feather, flight, song, etc.
Snowdot- 9/10 This is probably my favorite one of yours. I've never heard dot as a suffix, and I like it.
