-Laurelstar decides to take the new apprentices and their mentors out on a hunting patrol. The siblings are excited, though stonepaw is a little off put by Sleekshines grumpy behavior
-Bluestorm is excited to be leading her own hunting patrol, but windclaw quietly tries to remind her that she was passed up over newer cats for an apprentice. Sandbrush overhears the two whispering two each other and becomes suspicious.
-Dustpaw laments to Fernstep about being nervous for her trial, and how she wishes Elmpaw could try with her. the other warriors comfort her and tell her they believe she will do well.
-Creamfoot preps for the new kits to come, excited about the clans growth.

They are the felines from your stories, the ones that mothers warn you about. They are the cold that claims the lives of many, and they are the whispe
rs of the northern winds. Many claim that even the constant winter they live in is not as bitter as their icy hearts, and that those ivory fangs and claws
they bare are crafted from the sharpest ice. They are as brutal as the north, worshipping the mountain gods of Boreas, many of whom request sacrific
es of lives. They are brutal beasts, often regarded as monsters that go against the code of the warriors, and the code of sanity. The summit takes no
mind, considering the rules of the common clans are best fitting for those weak and faint of heart. The Summit of Boreas live far in the north, where
summer is cloudy and rainy at best. They take residence in the abandoned homes of humans, which is just across a small pond to their meeting pl
ace, a waterfall and large array of boulders. Some cats choose to live in the caves behind the falls. The boreas cats are strictly maine coons, norwegian
forest cats, himalayans and birmans. The ranks are as follows; king, regent, warlock, king's guard, overseers, high classmen, commoners, pages,
pupils, bairns, fable-tellers and dams. the reigning king of the summit of boreas is kane, a massive maine coon tom. the summit is my second clan,
as i decided to remove the former one, sabahi dynasty. i shall be bringing five of those felines to lotusclan, while the others may be adopted out.

Leafbare- Though the worst of the blizzard has passed, snow stills falls on the Clan territories. Wind, however, is nearly nonexistent, with the world itself almost seeming to hold its breath during the rough season. No one knows how long the respite from the storm will last, they can only hope for enough time to recover from the last storm before the next.

Many, many moons ago, beside a glimmering black lake, a Clan thrived. Encased in constant
heavy fog between a thick forest and a line of mountains, they were almost hidden from the world.
Without any foreign threats to trouble them, they prospered for generations. Their ways
were rooted in their ancient, complex lore - the foundation of which is that the lake gives
them life, as does darkness. Darkness has protected them from prying eyes, guarded them
from invaders, while the water of the lake has been able to help heal those devoid of hope.
Anything light in color is seen to be unlucky. And so, when a patch of white roses was found
beside the lake, panic arose. The lake's healing properties appeared to cease with the
discovery, leading many to the conclusion that the roses' presence had poisoned it. Many
feared that this disease would spread, and quickly they all abandoned their home, fleeing
through the forest south of the mountains to the lush meadows beyond. Here they tried to
start anew, but now they were out in the open and soon enough, a band of rogues invaded
their makeshift camp, picking them off one by one. The Clan cats could hardly defend
themselves - after all, they never had to do so before and were extremely ill-prepared
for the smallest skirmish. Only a hand-full managed to escape the scene and were on
the run once again. Eventually they made their home in a cave they stumbled across
and remained there for moons, hiding. But then during a particularly hard winter, all
but one caught terrible bouts of greencough. With no healer among them, the sick
swiftly grew weaker and weaker until they were gone. The last cat, the last of that
great Clan, didn't know where to turn. They had lost all hope, until they recalled the
lake that they used to reside by, the lake that once gave so many so much hope. They
knew that it must still be poisoned, but something inside them urged them to return
to the place that was so, so dear to them - the place that offered healing and sanctuary
and hope. And when they returned, they found the white roses shriveled beside the water,
at which their eyes immediately brightened. Almost frantically and somewhat tentatively,
they dipped their nose into the dark water. Instantly a feeling of relief, of renewal, washed
over them. They could almost have leapt for joy, for their lake of healing had been healed.
Everything was finally as it once was again - except that they were completely alone. All
at once, they knew what they were going to do - what they had to do. They would
rebuild their Clan - ShroudedClan.

Ranks.
Monarch(s), heir(s), healers, warriors, apprentices, mothers, kits, and elders.
The monarchs are the leaders of the Clan, and their kits are the heirs, the first of which is
trained to be the next monarch while the second is trained as a healer. Since healers often
are related to the monarchs, they are even more respected than medicine cats of other
Clans and have more power in running the Clan - something like a deputy. The remaining
heirs are trained as warriors.

Personality.
These cats are quite shy - having kept to themselves for moons and moons - and
extremely suspicious of other Clans. They are very close with each other, however, and
everyone is like family. Their lore is everything to them, and they are very superstitious -
for example, they would perceive the lake being murky as a sign of difficult times ahead.
They are loyal and compassionate, but can may across as cold and aloof sometimes.

Appearances.
Many ShroudedClan members have long fur to protect them from the low temperatures
of the sometimes dreadful leaf-bares at the base of the mountain, but there are some with
shorter fur. Most pelts are darker in color, and very light pelts - especially pure white - are regarded
as ill omens.
