Also doing a new sickness that involves green-cough, but is far worse. When treated with catmint cats get worse and often times time. This new disease is called mint-cough. So can Stone/Warbler/Cypress end up getting worse and eventually dying please.

PipistrelleClan is unique because of their location. They live in a cave system alongside many cave animals, like snakes, bears, and bats. Many cats take inspiration from the bats, hence the Clan's name of Pipistrelle. The cats are known for being intelligent and cunning, and also have a knowledge of fire. There are a few specialized roles in the Clan which all function to make a unique group of cats. These roles include fire tender, clairvoyant, stone digger, tunneler, merchant, craftsmaker, herb gardener, and den mentor.

There's not much to do as there's only one cat for right now, but we'll say Pipistrellestar got her lizard and headed off to the Moonstone to ask for a Medicine cat. There will be a story post incoming.

"cait! réalta! oighir! anyone please help.."

after a few moons of robinclan's stay at the abandoned town, one night the clan was abruptly awoken to yowling and the stench of smoke. before the clan could realize what was going on and get away from the situation most of their cats were dead from the thick smoke that lay through the whole area. the ones still alive struggled to get out and once away were either by themselves or left with one or two other clanmates.

five cats that managed to escape together, decided they couldn't let cait's legacy die after one of the five found her dead in her nest. the five traveled for starclan knows how long before finding the spot that the stars seemed to point them toward that would be robinclan's new home.

robinclan's new territory is in a forest filled with birch and oak trees not far from a beach. a few streams run through the territory, one small one running through the camp. the summers are quite warm and winters are freezing and snow filled. the camp is sheltered from the sea wind by trees and bushes. the clan's biggest foes are boars and foxes. the dens are build strongly to be slightly sheltered from the weather and the foes of the territory.

robinclan believe in a different form of starclan which works slightly like a regular clan with cait, the founder of the original robinclan, is the leader. in their eyes cait is the moon and the stars are her friends, family and lost clanmates. while speaking to starclan to ask for cats happens at the largest oak tree in the forest, regular signs and omens are given to cats by the robins.

to be considered a leader in the clan, a cat must have what they call 'the heart of a robin', the skills of being swift, graceful and light pawed amongst the trees and the ability of being able to interpret different signs from the robins.

restarting robinclan, keeping fómhar, naofa, liopard, paiste and bainne (all cats are being aged up to simulate the time in between the disbanding and restart)

Bearstar poked his head out of the tree hollow and yawned. A chilly breeze slapped his face. He looked up and saw that the clouds were pulled over the sky. "I wonder when is snow coming" he muttered. He jumped off of the hard hollow and landed on the ground. He realised that thorns and cobwebs from the tree trunk were stuck in his fur. He made a note to turn all these holes into proper dens for his future clan someday.

He crossed the stream between the other side of the camp and headed down South. After a while, smells of the little Twoleg village came to his nose. After a few fox-lengths, little disconnected nests started to appear from far away. He remembered the memories he had there; hunting Twolegs' captive birds, searching for food and interesting things in the weird black substances Twolegs left, annoying the tied-up dogs. This kind of life was no longer interesting to him. He wanted more competition, more hardships and also genuine friends who could actually support him when he was in trouble. This was why he decided to forrm his own clan

He turned his back and went to take care of the daily jobs. There was prey to be caught, there was territory to explore

It was only a small badger. It shouldn't have been dangerous, Dusktail thought. But she was in a battle for her life as the small but heavily-built creature swiped at her and Firecloud pushed her out of the way. She stumbled backwards and fell, barely managing to scramble out of the way as it lumbered forward. She turned around nimbly and sprang at the badger, managing to score a few scratches just between its eyes. It rumbled in anger, a sound similar to a roar but more throaty. It was Ruddfang's turn, now, but the badger snapped at her face and the young molly screamed in pain, desperately pushing away from the badger that now began to shake her. Loonfoot yowled in anger and lunged at the badger from the side, forcing it to drop her. It turned suddenly as Barleystream leaped at it and screeched in pain as her ear was caught in its jaws, being torn from her head. Dusktail's eyes widened and she snarled. She could not allow her friends to be hurt like this! She got underneath the badger and as she scratched at its belly, it took a step backwards and pain exploded in her left hind leg.

It was a somber patrol that returned to the camp. Barleystream's right ear had been bitten off, and Dusktail's left hind leg had been broken. Possibly shattered, Ashstripe had claimed. Ruddfang's face was still bleeding and her right eye was closed although the damage done to it was still unknown. Dustleaf took one look at the patrol and ordered them all into the medicine cats' den, where she, Larknose, and Tumbletoes took turns tending to their wounds. Ashstripe and Loonfoot, who had escaped with only a few scratches, were released almost immediately. Firecloud, who had some minor wounds that hadn't yet stopped bleeding, was ordered to rest for a day or two until he healed. Barleystream, Dusktail, and Ruddfang, however, were to be kept in the medicine cats' den until their various injuries had healed. And Dusktail had been informed that it would be a long time, if ever, until her leg truly healed.

"That starless badger! You were so hurt and..."

"C'mere. Sit by me."

"And then I realized how much I love you. Ruddfang, you're like the sun after leafbare. Like the moon in the sky. Beautiful and graceful as a cherry tree. Strong as the River. Ruddfang, I don't ever want to leave your side."

"You...love me?"

"By Starclan, yes!"

"Oh, Loonfoot..."

"Will you...?"

"Yes!"

Three days into the moon. Patrols for the remainder of the badgers were constant, and rumors had it that Applestar was considering leading a patrol to exterminate them. Or maybe he would call down the might of Starclan. Or maybe they would leave on their own. But no one really thought that.

Boulderpelt looked up briefly before going back to cleaning herself. It was exhausting, having to organize patrols in such a way that they all overlapped with each other, could cover each other, have to deal with the tensions that came from the kits not being allowed out of the camp even with supervision... But she really wouldn't have it any other way; being deputy of her clan was a responsibility that she was extremely grateful for. Now if only she could keep her clanmates from dying, that would be great.

It was about six days later when Kestrelclaw felt the sudden need to go to the medicine cats. She was so focused on her goal that she almost missed the white pelt brush her side. She turned to hiss before recognizing Doveheart.

"Oh, sorry!" the offending molly exclaimed. "Larknose just told me that he thinks I'm all good. No danger of infection."

Kestrelclaw chuckled. "That's good," she said. "Go ask Boulderpelt if there's anything you can do although she's probably just going to assign you to camp guard, if you ask me," she said, lowering her voice.

Doveheart's tail flicked in acknowledgement. "Anything to get used to the rhythm is good," she said. "My former...clan wasn't very good." No one had managed to get much out of Doveheart about Wildclan but there were rumors that suggested everything from she ran away for love to someone was looking for revenge against her. She seemed to ignore them, although would become noticeably annoyed if they were mentioned in front of her.

Kestrelclaw dipped her head in acknowledgment. "I'm going to see whoever's in there about...well..." She looked around quickly before whispering: "I think I'm pregnant!"

Doveheart's eyes widened and her whiskers quivered. "Really?" she gasped. "Congrats!"

Kestrelclaw grinned. "Only Adderstream knows and he's sooo proud to be the first one in his family to have kits. It's a game for them, I think. But I just want to check with the medicine cats because that way, no one thinks I'm trying to malinger."

"Why would anyone think that?"

Kestrelclaw's tail twitched. "Mostly younger warriors trying to get out of their duties. It's common enough that everyone's just annoyed. But you will get a stern talking-to if it gets too bad."

"Well, good luck with you and yours," said Doveheart with a smile, walking away and leaving Kestrelclaw alone.

The golden-brown tabby padded into the den, wrinkling her nose at the scents. She caught movement in the darkness of the den and the shape quickly became Larknose.

"Oh, hi!" he said when he noticed her. "You sick or something?"

"No," Kestrelclaw said quietly. "I think I'm pregnant, though. And I just wanted to make sure before I announced to the clan."

Larknose approached her and she stood still as he inspected her. Finally, he backed away and smiled. "Congratulations," he purred. "You're pregnant! Feels like at least three kits but we won't be entirely sure until they're out."

Kestrelclaw grinned. "I'll go tell Applestar, then, and make sure that I can stay in the nursery for now." She bounded out of the den, enthusiastically planning for the future of her family.

Four days later had brought a new tom into the clan. He had been renamed "Poplarpelt" and all of the younger mollies swooned over him.

"Poplarpelt looks so handsome," giggled Newtflower.

"I know," replied Garlicflower. "What do you think, Whimbrelheart?"

The tortoiseshell Siamese looked at her sister haughtily. "I think that he's perfect. Although did you hear about how the patrol encountered him?" she asked eagerly.

"No, how?" asked Embernose who was lounging nearby.

"I heard from Hareclaw that this giant cat just wanders up to the patrol and tells them that he will join Forestclan. Tells them."

Newtflower cocked her head in confusion. "I thought he asked?"

"Not from what I heard," replied Whimbrelheart.

"Why does it even matter?" grumbled Martennose, stretching and yawning. "He's here and that's all that matters, right?"

Garlicflower, Newtflower, and Whimbrelheart glared at him. "Of course it matters!"

"It really doesn't," Rushfur murmured to an uncomfortable Ezio. The relative newcomer had been dragged along by his sisters to almost every such gossip session and Rushfur had tried to make him feel comfortable. He didn't know what his brother had gone through in his old clan, but it couldn't have been good. "It's a little annoying, isn't it?"

Ezio nodded mutely.

"C'mon. I don't think they'll notice if we leave." Rushfur got up and waited until Ezio got up too. "Wanna go hunt?"

"...sure," said Ezio quietly. "I will tell Boulderpelt. Hunt near Gustclan border, perhaps?"

"Sounds good to me!" replied Rushfur.

"What was it like when you were an apprentice?" asked Flypaw shyly. It was near the end of the moon, and nothing very exciting had happened...yet.

Applestar smiled. "Let's get out of here," he said gently, noticing the small crowd in front of his den. The two apprentices and three kits who had managed to squeeze into the leaders' den. While it had slowly been expanded over the moon to be able to include many cats, six apprentices and five kits would be pushing it.

He pushed past the younger cats and they scattered. He emerged into the darkness of the evening. He blinked; he had been relaxing after a day of patrolling the borders and warning any patrols from border clans that they needed to watch out for badgers, and hadn't realized that so much time had passed since he entered his den. Or perhaps it hadn't been very long but his den was much darker than the outside world which skewed his perception of time. He shook his head. He was starting to not make sense, even to himself.

"Alright, what did you want to ask me?"

"What was it like when you were an apprentice!" exclaimed Koipaw.

Applestar chuckled, thinking back to those days of newleaf and greenleaf so long ago. "Well, if you can believe it," he said slowly, "I was the first apprentice in the clan. I was one of the founders of this clan, in fact." He smiled. "I remember when Duckpelt, Boulderpelt's mother, became pregnant. I was allowed to visit her kits and Dustleaf was the smallest of the four. Boulderpelt was the biggest and she always loved to tackle me."

Poppykit's eyes went wide. "The deputy tackled you?" she asked in a hushed voice.

Applestar felt a small body hit him and though it really wasn't that big of a detail, he gave a dramatic gasp and fell to the ground.

"Haha, victory!" squeaked Sandkit. "I bet it wasn't ha'd for Boulde'pelt to defeat him!" Minkpaw picked up the tiny ginger tom by the scruff. "Hey, putme down!"

"I hrve drifeated you," mumbled Minkpaw, before setting him down.

As Applestar picked himself up, he smiled to himself at the look that Sandkit gave to Minkpaw. "Well," he said, continuing as though nothing had happened, "we weren't leader and deputy back then, you see. Just a bunch of kits and one apprentice." He sighed. "Acornstream was my mentor," he said quietly, feeling his whiskers twitch with remembered pain. "He wasn't just like a father to me; he had this...effect on the clan. He was one of the founding warriors, of course, and was best friends with..." He trailed off. "Wow, Ashstripe and Aspentail were so young back then," he said almost to himself. "Acornstream was good friends with Mila, and I remember them competing to catch the most fish."

"Who else was in the clan?" asked Beechpaw. "And...what was mom like?" She ducked her head suddenly, seemingly ashamed of showing cracks in her boisterous personality.

Applestar understood. "Honeystar was charismatic," he said. "And kind. Birchnose, her deputy, brought me into the clan but it was Honeystar who decided on my mentor. And who gave me my warrior name of 'Applenose.'" He paused thoughtfully. "'May Starclan smile upon us as I pronounce you a warrior,'" he quoted. "That was how she welcomed me."

The moment of intimacy and memory faded away quickly, and Applestar spent some more time answering questions from the apprentices and kits before herding them back to sleep.

For some, the first snows have arrived. For others, it is simply a chill in the air. Regardless, all clans will experience leafbare as a harsh and unforgiving season. Queens and kits are more likely to die during birth, prey will flee from patrols, and loners are less likely to stray from their warm city homes. In addition, predators and sicknesses abound, waiting for the chance to pick off the weak. All in all, it is best for a clan to be at full strength during this time. (Stolen from Simon so I could get this out quickly - next post should have something of my own creation!)
