ever since the visit of lasair and his rogues, the robinclan cats have been sending death glares towards the nursery where wrapped up lay amhrán with her kits. her kits felt something was off but seeing their mother so terrified they didn't want to question her.

"amhrán, i understand you have history with them but if you don't talk you know what will happen." farraige spoke calmly to the younger queen, she was getting slightly agitated with the refusal to explain as she truly wanted to help the younger molly. amhrán shook her pelt as she stood up, shooing her kits out of the nursery with her tail. she mumbled something to her kits before sitting down, slightly shivering.

farraige could make out the meows and yowls of another argument breaking out in the camp. cats were fighting amongst themselves. half the cats were saying to fight the rogues and lasair, the other half were saying to give amhrán to them like crowfood. hearing this farraige noticed amhrán tense up.

"a tom related to dawn and night was once my mate. being involved with him made me involved in their business. i was a part of what they called 'the overpowered', a group of rogues said to be the strongest of all. they tried to get me to murder the leader of a small group of peaceful loners, right before doing it i fled the scene. they sent birch after me to kill me for fleeing. i ran until i ended up in the mountains." amhrán explained, keeping her gaze low as she fidgeted her paws. "dóchasach and naofa are mine and the tom's kits. they want them as payment for leaving. i was told it was either my life or the kits."

"they want to kill the kits?" farraige asked, her eyes wide with terror. using her tail to lift the molly's head up, forcing her to stare up at her. "n-not kill them but train them to be part of them." amhrán muttered, her tail twitching anxiously. "you need to tell cait so this arguing can stop." farraige spoke, not wanting to sound harsh but wanting to convey that if she didn't there would be serious consequences.

"farraige you will have to help me."

sneachta let out a quiet hiss, rolling over in her nest. she was growing restless, the arguing in the camp made it worse. she just wanted to get up and run. a good run was exactly what she needed but she knew she would be scolded heavily if she even tried to leave camp.

"you're annoyed." a meow sounded from the corner of the warriors den. she stared over, her vision upside down as she lay on her back, her legs splayed out. pine lay on a makeshift nest, he had refused to sleep in the robinclan camp until the previous moon when cait technically forced him to. pine purred in amusement as he watched the molly flip over onto her belly. "i can smell your fears." he mumbled, his eyes suddenly clouded.

"those rogues. there is something off about them. the ones we fought, they looked like they weren't trying when they fought us. it was like they were kits and we were dead leaves." sneachta complained, raking her claws against the dirt. she remembered the fight, when she faced dawn, she was smiling and seemed to find enjoyment as the four cats fought.

"that is quite true.." pine mumbled, putting his muzzle on his front paws. "they were both very skilled rogues, more skilled than many cats i've met." pine added, he hated complimenting vile cats but he couldn't ignore the truth. they were very skilled and strong and knew exactly what to do when they faced each other.

"exactly. i want to figure out what's going on but réalta will kill me if i leave camp." sneachta sighed, annoyance in her tone. pine's eyes shone as an idea popped into his head.

"leave it to me."

"where are you three off to?" oíche asked padding up to the three cats - oighir, rós and seabhac - who were gathered by the exit of the camp. "i guess cait didn't tell you. cait was thinking of moving the elders, queens and kits to a higher spot on the mountain so they are out of the trouble and don't get caught in the mess." oighir explained, touching his mate's shoulder with his tail.

"oh i see. i heard there was this little sheltered area really near to the top, on the side of a small cliff. there is a cave like area there too." oíche advised, seabhac's eyes lit up. "i know where that is." the old molly spoke, oighir dipped his head to her.

"thanks oíche." he meowed as oíche pressed his muzzle to his cheek. "be careful out there!" oíche spoke, turning away from the group and making his way to the warriors den. "lets go then, cait wants us back by sun down."

oighir jumped up the last rock. "it might be a bit difficult for the elders to get up here." he commented as the two mollies followed up behind him. "it's a perfect spot though. well hidden and plenty of escape routes. plus places for me to keep some herbs." rós spoke up, she hadn't said much during their way over, she was more focused on looking at all the spots where the current important herbs grew.

seabhac dipped her head before racing forward, leaping her way up to the top of the small cliff. "it's good." she finally meowed after taking a glance around. she may have been getting older but her senses were staying as sharp as ever. her long fur ruffled by the winds. "nice lookout spot." she purred, leaping down. landing with a thump beside oighir. oighir gave her a slight disapproving look, despite the molly's age and seriousness she still sometimes acted like an apprentice.

"bad news though. the fire is closer than it was last moon." seabhac added, pointing with her bushy tail to the fire. almost every cat had technically forgotten about the fire, deeming it as not a threat plus learning that lasair is still about meant there was more important things to think about. "it's pretty close. if the wind continues there will be bad news." the molly's serious tone returned. lowering her head she stared out in between the bushes watching the fire.

"if it arrives here while cats are up here there is a path that leads out down the other side of the mountain." rós meowed padding up to a few thorn bushes, angling her ears to a little dirt path that wasn't as steep as the way they took up the mountain.

"we should report back to cait."

Twoeyes and Shadowstride looked at a once vacant nest with curious eyes. "I know Beepaw came here as a mystery... but not at night and with such a fresh scent of his family. These two are covered in scents of other cats." Twoeyes commented to Shadowstride in a whisper. One scent seemed familiar... but it was too covered and stale to tell. "Do you know where your mother is?" Shadowstride asked the two kits. They were young, but also looked old enough to understand what was going on. Salmonkit looked at his siter before looking back at the strange she-cats. "She told us to stay right here and wait for her to come back with our brothers..." Tansykit nodded to what her brother said. "And where are they?" Twoeyes inquired. She laid down to be on the same level as the kits. "Out past the river. I don’t know where... but we did cross a river to get here." Tansykit said with a cautious tone. Shadowstride looked back to Twoeyes. "That explains why all these cat scents are muddled by river smell..."
Twoeyes sighed deeply. "We should tell Greystar..."
"Let’s at least wait and see if their mother gets back here this moon. If not we will suggest a search party. For now they are assumed to have appeared like Beekit did." Shadowstride responded, then turned to the two kits. "You two can come rest in my nest until your mother comes back! Twoeyes and I can show you around Fireclan." She purred warmly. Tansykit and Salmonkit smiled wide and stood, bounding around with their temporary foster mothers.

Sunsplash and Honeygaze laughed together as Salmonkit and Tansykit marveled at their tales. "Wow! I never knew a cat could live so long!" Salmonkit cried in shock. "And survive all those battles!" Tansykit added in. Their laughs slowed to nervous chuckles as Sunsplash and Honeygaze looked at one another. "What stories do you two have? Surely two strong kits as yourselves have quite the story to tell." Honeygaze said. The two elders weren’t sure how to take the two not knowing cats could live as long as themselves. "Well our only story that is even close to as cool as your adder tale happened last moon and ended here..." Tansykit said. Salmonkit nodded. "Mom has been trying to take us here since we were born. Our old clan isn’t anything like this one..."
Sunsplash’s ears perked with unease. "Old clan? Where?"
"Just across a river, like we told Shadowstride and Twoeyes." Tansykit said. The two elders looked at one another. "Perhaps across the boarder. We do have neighbor clans that harbor rivers." Honeygaze noted softly before urging the two to continue their story. "One moon, I think two moons ago or even last moon, Barkstar caught us trying to get here since mom had been trying so hard after hearing you guys lived here." Salmonkit said as the fog in his mind blocked out most of the memory. He was too young to remember much of anything from Deathclan. Sunsplash’s fur spiked a bit at the sound of the leader’s name. She didn’t know a clan with a leader named Barkstar... but she did know Barktail. "She almost got really badly punished if it wasn’t for Crowfeather and Robinfur! They are so nice to us and mom." Tansykit added. "Anyways, mom didn’t want to give up trying to give us a ‘better life’, as she kept calling it, and Crowfeather and Robinfur helped her get past the boarders to Fireclan’s territory! The river wasn’t that hard to pass either since it was nice and shallow where we crossed and wasn’t that cold. We walked for a long time before we came to Fireclan, and when we did mom said she couldn’t stay because she needed to get the other two." Salmonkit finished. Sunsplash smiled wide at the kits as Honeygaze thought hard on the story. "Well you two have had quite the adventure! But I think it’s time you meet some other clan cats. Run along with Shadowstride and Twoeyes now." She purred. The two kits smiled and bounded toward the two queens. "Do you think...?"
"No. He wouldn’t dare. It’s probably a clan we haven’t met yet beyond Forestclan.”
"I hope you’re right..."

Fuzzypaw ran after Lionheart in a fury of fluff. "How dare you?!" He hissed as they ran out of camp, Lionheart laughing loudly as he teased his apprentice. "Come on, take the joke as it is!" Lionheart said behind his shoulder as a furious Fuzzypaw closed on him. "A joke saying I love Brighteyes?!"
"Is it wrong?"
"That’s not the point! It wasn’t for you to tell!" He hissed, pouncing on top of his mentor and knocking Lionheart off balance. They fell to the ground and play-fought for a bit until Lionheart pinned Fuzzypaw. "If you want to right it, show me you are a warrior worthy of a name and prove to her your love." He said. Fuzzypaw glared at Lionheart, but finally spoke up. "Deal. When do we start?"

Blazepool padded out of camp quietly, Valleyglow already busy with Pinepaw and prepping her to meet Starclan for the first time. He was asked to get herbs like usual today but to come back quick since there were a lot of queens ready to give kit soon. In fact Valleyglow was looking more plump as well... but she brushed it off every time Blazepool asked if she was eating too much or had something wrong. He wanted to respect the privacy his old mentor desired. He quietly ran around the forest for a small while before turning and heading back to camp. When he returned, Valleyglow was gone and Pinepaw was tending to a queen getting closer to labor. He sighed deeply, his mind clouded by questions as he went to tend to the kitting queens.

Greystar sat and watched Fireclan progress through life from Timberstar's den... his new den. It was lonely being in there, and even more lonely now that his siblings and mother were dead. Their memories with him danced in his mind as he recalled fondly what each of them had impacted in his life now...

Greykit sat alone as he watched Juniperkit(leap) and Bramblekit(strike) play together, Puddlekit(foot) squirming around with Littleheart as Stonebark fawned over his new child. Brindlepaw(stripe), Snowpaw(trail), and Valleypaw(glow) all ran to Juniperkit and Bramblekit playing together and joined them with big smiles on their faces. The clan was moving at it's normal pace, no grief had yet come to them, and it was just peaceful. Except for how lonely Greykit was... that was still painful in his heart. The only problem is he could bring himself to go over and fix his loneliness. As he was watching all of them playing together, Rainpelt came and sat beside him. "Why aren't you over there having fun with your brother and sister, or the apprentices?" She asked with concern in her voice. Greykit sighed and looked up to his mother. "I don't find fun in their games... and I'm too shy to go over there and burden them with trying to add me into their game." He said sadly as his whiskers drooped down. Rainpelt just smiled at his young Greykit and laid down to be on his level. "Greykit, if you want to have fun then no cat can get mad at you for that. Plus, if you're a burden to play with then how come I'm not a burden laying around in the nursery while warriors go hunting, apprentices go training, and Timberstar runs the whole clan?"
"Well that's for a reason! You're raising all of us!" Greykit squeaked with surprise that Rainpelt would call herself a burden on the clan. "That's exactly the point, Greykit. You aren't a burden for joining them, or for standing over here. You have your own reasons for doing what you do and that is the best way you help the clan progress." She said with a calm purr. Greykit tilted his head in confusion, not fully understanding what she said, but it somehow made him feel better about things. Like he was truly not a burden. He decided to go play with his siblings after Rainpelt urged him, and it was fun.

Bramblepaw bound around camp after coming back from his training for the day with a big smile on his face. "Greypaw! You won't believe what Yewfeather taught me today!" He boasted happily. Greypaw looked up with a shock to his brother happily running around him. "What did she teach you today?"
"How to fight! And I was able to take her down once during the training!" He said with pride. Greypaw smiled, the joy surging through his brother spreading to him a bit. "I learned how to swim today." He said with a bit of disappointment he didn't do something as fun as combat or hunting today. Bramblepaw clearly picked up on the disappointment and instantly changed his mood. "What's wrong?" He asked with concern. "Nothing is wrong, just you did all that cool stuff today and I just splashed in a river." He responded. Bramblepaw chuckled a bit. "That's nothing to be ashamed of! Think of how cool that can be!"
"I don't see how swimming is all that cool..."
"Well, you know how to fight already. Now you know how to swim... You might be able to fight in the water! You'd be a force to be reckoned with!" Bramblepaw boomed happily. Greypaw smiled a bit at the idea, but shook his head. "That's ridiculous." He said with a chuckle. "It's not! You wouldn't be seen coming!" Bramblepaw chirped. Greypaw sighed. "Only if they are mouse-brains like you."
"Hey!"
Bramblepaw frowned playfully, Greypaw laughing at his expression, until Snakepaw(tail) and Juniperpaw came back to the apprentice's den together with their strange aura. It freaked out Greypaw, and clearly scared Bramblepaw, but neither dared confront the feeling. "Why don't we go play?" Bramblepaw suggested, and Greypaw smiled. "I'd like that."

Juniperleap laid in the nursery with a sour expression on her face for being so useless. Greyface had just returned from his boarder patrol with Willowshade, Puddlefoot, Fernheart, Riverstripe, and Goldenflower. He noticed she was alone, watching with daggers the kits playing together as queens fawned over how cute they were, and decided to go check in on her. "You okay, Juniperleap?" He asked tenderly. He didn't want to provoke a reaction since she was more temperamental lately. "Yes. Fine. Dandy." She hissed in response. Greyface rolled his eyes at the clearly sarcastic response. "What's wrong?"
"I said nothing!"
Greyface sighed again. This was going nowhere and he was just stressing her out by asking. As he wracked his brain for something to say that would actually get somewhere, she spoke. "You're so lucky you have so many opportunities, even when expecting kits. You get to explore further, work harder, and be a leader. Don't think I didn't notice how out clan hasn't seen a molly leader or deputy yet."
"It's just coincidence..."
"Sure. Keep saying that. At least you should be grateful for everything you have." She hissed. Greyface didn't dare ask anything else and get reprimanded further. "You don't even realize how far you will go in this clan." she said sadly.

Even if the memories were now bitter, Greystar couldn't help but thank them all for teaching him his life was worth more than he knew, even now. As he looked on his clan finding love after all the death and moving forward despite the pain, he felt his heart raise. It was filled with pride for Fireclan's resilience and strength. He didn't deserve to be the leader, yet here he was standing before them all. Leading them. This is what kept him going day to day, what helped him realize he was truly the leader of such an astonishing clan.

Crowfeather and Robinfur laid together, their kits playing together with Tawnypelt's two kits still in Deathclan. The two queens were still sad that Tawnypelt was risking her life to leave a clan that was kind enough to give them a home, but they could also understand why she wanted to do it. Barkstar was going insane and getting power hungry, driven by revenge and his past. But they still couldn't ignore how they gave him a home when they were looking to somewhere safe to raise their kits. It was just right to stay and help him as he helped them. "Tawnypelt, why can't you just-"
"We've already spoken about this. You both agreed to help me give my kits a better life and cover for me when Barkstar questioned it. Now come help me plan another escape, I can't leave Salmonkit and Tansykit without their brothers for long." Tawnypelt said with a sigh as if she was a broken record. "If I knew Barkstar would be this way I would have refused to join and kept searching for Fireclan."
"How do you know Fireclan is any better?" Robinfur inquired with curiosity and concern. She knew all Tawnypelt had to go off of Fireclan was how Barkstar hated them and Tigerfang stole herbs every now and again. "Anything is better than this." Tawnypelt snapped. She stood and padded toward the back of the nursery. "If you two truly understood... you'd bring your kits too." She said solemnly. Crowfeather and Robinfur looked down in shame at her words. "I'll die to give those four a chance." Tawnypelt said once she laid down in her nest still decorated with the stones she found, though two seemed to be missing.

Barkstar stood at his den with rage in his eyes. He knew there were kits missing, Salmonkit and Tansykit weren't with Ashkit and Charkit, but Robinfur and Crowfeather kept saying that Tawnypelt just lost them and she was searching day and night for them. He didn't believe them, and Hemlockface agreed with him that they were gone by her doing. As he sat sulking, Tigerfang came over. "Tigerfang... I'm glad you came over here." He said halfheartedly. Tigerfang sat down without paying heed to the leader's tone. "What did you need me to steal from Fireclan? More herbs for our new queen?" He asked as if he was bored. "No" Barkstar responded, "I need you to steal kits. Based on the season the nursery should be getting more kits soon and I want to grow our numbers quick. Oh, and if any elders give you trouble don't hesitate to ensure you are still not noticed by the clan." He said maliciously. He found too much joy in breaking apart families. "You don't know how long I've been waiting for the word." Tigerfang said with a smirk, turning to go tell Lobsterpaw that it was time to get ready for his first raid.
Barkstar watched as Tigerfang enthusiastically told Lobsterpaw of the coming theft and turned his gaze back to the nursery, where he was Tawnypelt leaving to go deeper into the shadows of the nursery. Maybe she was in despair that she has lost her young... but that is no excuse for weakness. He needed to be sure that they were actually taken somewhere, and he knew exactly how... "Hemlockface." He called, his second in command coming over. "Yes, Barkstar?" Hemlockface asked in his usual dark voice. "I need you to keep watch outside of the nursery for the next moon... if Tawnypelt leaves I want to hear about it and I want you to stop it by any means if she crosses the river. We cannot allow any more kits to escape." He hissed. Hemlockface nodded, turning to see Tawnypelt laying in her nest and examining stone. "Consider it done." He said, getting up to leave and start his mission. Barkstar wouldn't let any cat else leave Deathclan... he needed as many young warriors as he could get.

Morning light filtered down the nursery tunnel, a curtain of soft vines draped over the entrance to give the nursery inhabitants privacy, a gift from Mountainstar and Snowtail, swayed softly in the breeze carried in through the main roofless cave. Whilst one soon-to-be mother slept soundly in a moss & feather lined nest, the other sat grumpily by the entrance, her ivy coloured eyes shone with annoyance as she gazed out at her clan-mates. Her belly was nowhere near as swollen as her companion's and she was fit to hunt as much as she pleased, but no, her dutiful mate had shared his concern with their leader regarding the floods, it wasn't safe for pregnant she-cats, her eyes rolled in annoyance. Now she was stuck in the nursery.

The large form of the tabby leader stood to one side of the cave, head shaking to wake himself up, before his usual playful expression took on one of mild seriousness. The clan was grateful for the change of seasons, Newleaf itself was a cause for celebration for many felines, but for some clans including Moonclan it also came with its own hassles, the river that ran through their territory had already begun to flood some of the forest territory. In some aspects it was in the clan's favor as frogs came out of hiding and more fish showed up in the river, however they'd also seen the negative effects, Ivynose had luck on her side when her patrol returned last moon with enough prey to keep the clan comfortable. His amber gaze drifted towards their newest member and his gaze darkened slightly, the flood had also shown its power in the near-drowning of the calico she-cat that called herself Lark, now known to her clan-mates as Larksong. Whilst he was grateful for the she-cat, her lack of skill in hunting had placed her in the rank of warrior, which had begun to concern Mountainstar, the clan was already down a hunter with the news of Ivynose expecting kits. The tabby turned to glance towards the nursery tunnel and a bright smile shone on his face in an instant, excitement had been bubbling in the clan as time grew nearer for the arrival of kits, Moonclan's first!

The muscular grey tom had been laying in the center of the cave, basking in the morning light, a rarity for the cats of Moonclan, before he rose steadily on large paws and began to head towards his leader. Upon reaching Mountainstar the grey tom suggested a hunting patrol, watching as the tabby's eyes lit up a laugh escaped the tom's closed jaws, oh Mountainstar was a funny tom. The two toms turned and headed down the side of the waterfall, paws placed carefully on the slippery rocks as they descended down towards the dense forest. Once their paws hit the ground they took off running, spirits still high from last night's games. Eventually the two slowed and began to search for signs of prey, Stoneburr suggesting they hunt closer to the river in hopes of finding something plump and healthy. Amidst their hunting patrol, the tabby bid farewell to the grey tom before beginning his journey to another cave that sat on Moonclan territory, this one filled with beautiful crystals and bathed in the power of their ancestors. At last, after a tiring climb, the large tabby laid down beside one of the crystals in the inner circle, his paw dipped in the small pond before he leant forward, eyes closing. The tom felt the change in the air before he opened his eyes, a pleasant smile formed as he faced another tabby cat, an air of familiarity clung to their fur, though Mountainstar always struggled to conjure up memory of this tom. The two sat in a comfortable silence for a short while before Mountainstar started to express his concern about the hunting in his clan, though he was cut short when the tabby chuckled, informing him that they already knew of his troubles and would be sending him a hunter. As the time before, when Mountainstar hoped to continue conversation, the starry pelted tabby disappeared from view before he was sucked back to the crystal cave, nose pressed to the cold crystals.

Back in the caves, Snowtail appeared coming from the nursery tunnel, a teasing smile still present on his face after his morning encounter with his less than pleased mate. The white tom spotted the tired eyes of Larksong and headed towards the she-cat with a bright smile, nudging her playfully before convincing her to join him for a border patrol. The two descended the slippery slope, yet their pace stayed slow and even compared to the hunting patrol, Snowtail taking pity on the she-cat's exhaustion.

The petite tortoiseshell she-cat at last exited her den, a small sigh escaping her parted jaws as she glanced around the empty cave, lately she'd been doing all she could to steer clear of Mountainstar's presence, not that the tom bothered her in anyway, more so that he'd begun to grow on her more than she liked. Just before she could disappear behind the waterfall and set out to find some herbs in peace, she was interrupted by the pleading tone of Ivynose begging to join her, one glance towards the pregnant feline caused the healer to laugh gently, agreeing eventually. The two she-cats headed off towards a safer part of the flooded forest.

WEATHER REPORT - NEW-LEAF
Leaf-bare takes a step back and starts to let itself melt for
the new arrival to take it's place. Goodbye Leaf-bare, with
your bitterly cold winds and your mounds of snow. Nature is
awakening once more, opening it's sleepy eyes and slowly ge
-tting itself together. Soon, budding leaves will start to grow
on barren trees and prey will dare to poke their heads out.
Today, patrols will come back with great catches.

ＥＣＨＯＣＬＡＮ－ＲＥＰＬＹ－＠ＫＡＴＲＩＯＮＥ

a. Foamsplash nibbles on the partially chewed up vole given to her. It was weird that Mousepaw had to chew the vole up for the warrior. Foamsplash felt like she was a kit all over again, learning how to eat solids for the first time. The lean molly had spat out the pulp a few times at the gross texture. She was used to chewing it up the prey but nonetheless she somehow got it down her throat. She was dominating the fight against the Red Plague and to continue that, Foamsplash needed to eat. The warrior is determined to survive through this sickness, but in the end it will be fate's choice.

b. Crowcloud and Mousepaw have their paws full with so many cats cluttered into the small medicine cat den. Though a little uncharacteristic of him, Mousepaw seems to be cracking under the pressure of the Red Plague. Crowcloud tries to comfort his apprentice but it doesn't help and he goes out to take a breather despite all the work that needs to be done. Crowcloud doesn't stop him. While Mousepaw goes to seek his mother to find some kind of comfort, his mentor is left to deal with all their patients. In the time Mousepaw comes back, Splitear and Cassie are being guided to nests farther away from the cluster of pained cats. This was the worst time to try and bring new-borns into the currently sick-ridden clan. Splitear tries to push her first kit out and successfully does but collapses before she could give birth to their siblings. Cassie used her left-over energy to welcome two kits into the world. Splitear, most of her litter, and Cassie were both pronounced dead that day. Though, to Echoclan's luck the kits seem healthy and strong for now. (if you're interested, Splitear's kit will carry cinnamon)

c. Sure, Starclan had blessed Echoclan with their best wishes for the clan to recover but it seems even Starclan can't top Lady Luck or Fate. Frecklewish, Ankara, Thistlepaw, Cassius, Wheatpaw, and Dodger's health's have worsened while Crowcloud and Mousepaw were trying to help the two (now deceased) pregnant she-cats. They report to their medicine cats, saying that their pads feel like they were on fire and they felt nothing but a numbing feeling coarse through their legs. Some have even started to cough up blood. The Red Plague is really becoming a thorn in Echoclan's side..

d. Rattlepaw fails his warrior assessment. Sorry bud, maybe try again next moon.

e. Applefur's hunting patrol catches +1 rabbit, +1 squirrel, +1 mouse, +1 pigeon, +1 vole.
f. Rownstrike's hunting patrol come back successfully +2 pigeon, +1 squirrel, +1 fish, +1 shrew
g. Wickerfur's hunting patrol returns to camp with +1 fish, +1 squirrel, +1 mouse, +1 rabbit
h. Tadpole's hunting patrol drop +1 fish, +1 vole, +1 shrew, +1 pigeon, +1 squirrel into the growing fresh-kill pile. Hopefully, with all the new fresh prey that New-leaf is graciously giving them, their sick companions can get better.

i. All apprentices learn their respective skills except for Grousepaw, Fallpaw, and Bellpaw.

j. After training, Grousepaw, Fallpaw, and Bellpaw get lightly scolded for being off-task in their training. Once their mentors turn their backs and start to head back to camp with the other apprentices, Fallpaw starts going into a coughing fit. Grousepaw starts to panic and Bellpaw, being the eldest out of the three, takes control of the situation. Calming down Grousepaw and trying to ease Fallpaw's coughing. Fallpaw's fit finally ends and he awkwardly rubs his paws onto the floor, smearing something dark on the green grass. Grousepaw notices but doesn't comment on it. Bellpaw, assuming that they were fine now, makes her way back to camp like the rest already did. The two younger apprentices seemed to pieced together to why Fallpaw was coughing. Fallpaw was starting to show signs of the Red Plague.
"Grousepaw, don't tell anybody. Please."

ＱＵＩＣＫＣＬＡＮ－ＲＥＰＬＹ－＠ＥＡＧＬＥ，

a. Zinnabelly gives birth to two (molly) kits (tom) but it looks like the extra herbs and precautions the medicine cat's took weren't enough as they couldn't save one of Zinnabelly's two kits.
b. Privetfang gives birth to three wonderful kits. Though it was unfortunate that while bringing her children into the world, Privetfang bleeds out and dies. She had died young, yes, and she will never get to be apart of her kit's lives because of it. But what she doesn't regret is becoming a mother, Privetfang couldn't ask for more. If only their father were there to see them shine. (if you're interested, the kits carry color-point but aren't pointed themselves)
c. Kindleflare's attempt to carry Bearstar's kits is unsuccessful. Maybe next moon, they can try again?

d. Finally, Boulderkit's dream has become reality. Standing in front of his leader, Boulderkit swears to Starclan and Redstar that he will do whatever it takes to protect his clan even at the cost of his life. And to become the best Quickclan warrior he can be. He is assigned a mentor and touches noses with them. Quickclan chant their newest apprentice's name loudly and Boulderpaw can't help but feel pride swell in his chest. He turns towards the crowd with a big smile and lets his clan mates praise and cheer his name. Boulderkit is now Boulderpaw.

e. Kindleflare's hunting patrol comes back to camp with +1 hare, +1 mouse, +1 minnow, +1 small fish, and +1 bird
f. Snakespot's hunting patrol tosses in their catches for the day. They've caught +1 bird, +1 big fish, and +2 hares
g. Sparrowcall's hunting patrol comes back in great spirits, an assortment of prey dangling from their jaws. As a group, they catch
+1 bird, +1 hare, +1 rabbit, +1 minnow, and +1 mouse.
h. To the ever-growing pile of fresh-kill, Redstar's hunting patrol adds their own lot of prey. The group has come back with
+1 bird, +2 mice, +1 minnow, and +1 rabbit
i. Finally, Blizzardrush's hunting patrol tops off the fresh-kill pile with their successful catches:
+1 big fish, +1 small fish, +2 minnows, and +1 rabbit.

j. Gullfeather and Gorseberry gather herbs in silence, one another not wanting to initiate a conversation with the other. Together, they come back with +1 borage leaf, +1 parsley, +1 bright-eye, and +1 stinging nettle.

k. Marshpaw is the only apprentice that successfully learns agility while Flintpaw and Darterpaw fail to. She playfully sticks her tongue out at the two boys while the pair scowls at her. No hard feelings, of course!

l. All apprentices assigned to learn hunting have mastered the skill.

m. Under Alpinemask's and Gorseberry's care, Dustpaw's leg seems to slowly be getting better and is assumed to be discharged from the medicine cat den next moon.

ＢＡＤＧＥＲＣＬＡＮ－ＲＥＰＬＹ－＠ＪＵＲＡＳＳＩＣ，

( mod note: since you already have a medicine cat, please pick 5 herbs from either of these lists (use this one if you like more of a variety of herbs) to start off your storage.)

a. Gingerstar inhales the smell of fresh rain on the dry day. It was a calming scent the Place of Shine carries. Gingerstar feels like she could be swept off her feet here and dance towards the stars. She felt like a carefree kit again despite being a leader to a clan. Having to watch her clanmates suffer through the storm made something in her chest tighten. It was stressful, but Gingerstar was optimistic that Badgerclan will thrive again. It will. After Gingerstar says her fair-share of words to her ancestors, the cats of the stars choose a warrior to be sent and to be under the care of Gingerstar. They kiss the warrior on the forehead in farewell and as a blessing, before they push them to the towards outside world. They follow the starry path that only they can see and fate may have it, it leads them to their forever home: Badgerclan.

b. Pepperfrost comes back to camp with +2 mice
( mod note: please fill out what types of prey Badgerclan eats in your prey-pile so I know what to give ya when you send warriors out for hunting patrols. Thanks! )

ＣＨＡＲＣＯＡＬＣＬＡＮ－ＲＥＰＬＹ－＠ＩＨＤＣ７

a. Charcoalclan's ancestors nod in approval at the new additions to the clan. These cats will be a good asset to Charcoalclan, hopefully.

b. Smokefoot's hunting patrol bring back +1 agouti and +1 fruit bat
c. Hickorypelt's hunting patrol drops +1 kinkajou at the fresh-kill pile

d. Yarrowscar searches through the territory for their precious herbs that they nurse and farm. Though, it seems the frost from Leaf-bare had killed most. Yarrowscar comes back with +1 catchweed and +1 dried oak leaf. Nothing exciting, but it's better than nothing.

e. Cadet Deathpaw learns fighting and Huntress' Pupil Mosspaw learns hunting. Mosspaw and Deathpaw were taking a small break from training while their mentors discussed about their apprentice's progresses. Mosspaw, being the eldest and having the most skill, started to brag and show-off to Deathpaw. The younger apprentice did not appreciate this at all and hissed at the molly. Under a raven's careful eye, their squabble was a small fraction of the activity in the territory. But to the young pupil and cadet, it was like their whole worlds were shaking from each other's anger. They verbally fought each other before their mentors broke them up, not at all pleased with the adolescents. They ended training there for the day.

f. Heatstar's border patrol goes through the territory with the soft ring of the deer twin's bells following. A curious loner approaches the patrol, staring at the brother's antlers and collars. Heatstar proposes an option for the loner to join Charcoalclan and his warriors that were accompanying Heatstar chimed in. They briefly talked about their traditions and filled the loner in about the clan's life commitment. The loner shrugs and agrees to follow them back to their clan, saying that they don't have anything better to do with their loner life.

ＴＨＥＮＩＧＨＴ＇ＳＷＡＴＣＨ－ＲＥＰＬＹ－＠ＰＡＮＺＲＡＭ

a. "leska, my darling, what can I grace you with?" A she-cat turned her figure to the powerful god, a small smile on her face as she protectively curled her tail around her swollen belly. She knew Leska would never think of hurting her unborn young, but it was a comforting gesture she would do. She adored her kits. Her fur was the color of a raging forest fire, but it's color seemed to be muffled by the darkness around her. In the back of the cavern, steady drops of water would melt from the icicles on the ceiling of the cavern and would splat into a forming puddle below. The sound of the drops would echo throughout the cave and the sound seemed to echo more as Leska entered. The muscular white tiger flicked her long tail, eyes set on the she-cat as she spoke. "It is your time to leave from here and find your forever home. Where your kits will be raised well." Leska mused out, glancing at the molly's belly before looking at the dame. The pregnant cat stared at the tiger, registering her words before nodding slowly. "I understand. Thank you for everything, Leska." The warden padded up to her, looking down at the normal-sized cat. The size between the two was like the eye identifying the colors black and white. Leska touched noses with her and the orange molly politely returned the gesture. "Let your paws lead you to your forever home. Trust them to lead you to Balem." The dame nodded, unsure who Balem was, but she was assured that she would be fond of this cat soon. A dame is sent to The Night's Watch. She is due in two moons.

b. Balem gets a stroke of luck and catches +1 hawk on his solo hunting patrol.

c. Balem's patrol around the border goes uneventful.
