light filtered through the entrance to sabra’s den, bathing him in warmth. a shadow passed over him, and someone poked their head in. “i organized the dawn patrol.” julius meowed, noticing his sleeping chief. haha. he looks like a kit when he sleeps. sitting down, the savannah cat waited for the younger tom to wake. sabra winced as the sun hit his eyes, and woke up with a jolt. he had had the same dream again, and now noticed julius standing outside, the sun glowing around him. how angelic. sabra caught himself staring, and looked away, blushing. “that sounds good.” he meowed, getting to his paws. julius moved over a bit, his tall figure requiring him to duck down. anwyll and dashiell were behind him, and sabra gestured for them to go ahead, watching as the twins disappeared into the forest. a cry emerged from the nursery, and marcus came wobbling out. "MAKE SURE TO GET ME A MOUSE! AND IT BETTER BE A GOOD MOUSE!" he screeched, his fur sticking up in all directions. hattie came out after him, amused. she picked up the small tom by the scruff and put him back inside, beginning to tell him about her mate.

julius padded out of camp, sabra in front of him. perking his ears, julius strained to hear the rippling of a creek. “we could catch some fish.” he suggested, gesturing in the direction of the creek. “alright. we have to catch a mouse for marcus, though. you know he doesn’t like fish.” sabra meowed, amused as the thought of marcus screaming about how nasty fish was came to thought. the creek came into sight, its gentle water soothing the two cats’ ears. padding in, they waited to see fish. after standing in silence, julius glanced at sabra, a mischievous look in his eyes. slowly lifting his paw, he splashed water on sabra, who looked surprised. “oh, no you didn’t.” he meowed, splashing julius in return. “HEY! watch the ears. they’re very sensitive.” julius huffed, flicking water at sabra with his tail. “well, i’ll just aim everywhere but your ears then.” sabra smirked, smiling a bit. julius was about to reply when a mouse appeared on the banks next to them. crouching, julius made his way towards it, then leaped. missing, he landed in the water with a splash, his pelt soaked. “hAHAHA!!” sabra laughed, watching as julius shook his fur out. it went silent, the two unsure of what to say. “i-“ “i-“ they cut each other off. “you first.” julius insisted. “o-okay.” sabra meowed, taking a deep breath. “this is highly unlike a chief, but i can’t ignore this.. uh.. i’ve been having dreams..... with you in them. i-i really like you, julius. the way your pelt shines in the sun, the way you manage to lighten the mood, and especially the way you make a face when you’re grumpy.” he blurted, his blood rushing and heart thumping. “i... i like you too, sabra.” julius meowed quietly, the pair standing awkwardly in the creek. “oh, uh, wow, okay.” “did i come on too strong?” julius’ ears flattened against his head, and he looked worried. “no, you dingus. i- um. i was going to ask if you.. wanted to be my mate.” sabra meowed softly, nervously looking at julius. the savannah cat looked up, his ears perked. “absolutely.” sabra let out a purr, happy. “we should probably find a mouse for marcus.” “‘is that a fish? i wanted a mouse . a nice. plump . MOUSE!!’” julius imitated what the young munchkin would most likely say if they returned with no mouse. sabra laughed and helped his mate out of the creek, the two heading into the maze of trees.

The sun slowly rose, casting a rosy glow over the camp, and Dawnstar felt the cool grains of sand under her paw pads. Morning was arriving, and Dawnstar had woken up early, to scent the smell of two unknown cats, lurking around camp. Her ears were perked up, and her eyes swept over camp. A sudden mew surprised her, and she whipped around only to see the small and frail body of Salmonkit padding towards him. Dawnstar paused herself from hissing, but narrowed her eyes. "What are you doing out here, Salmonkit?" Dawnstar asked. Salmonkit frowned. "I... I don't know." He admittedly, flattening his ears. "I guess I'm a light sleeper." Salmonkit mewed. A sound rustled nearby, and both Dawnstar and Salmonkit swiftly turning around, their gaze sharp. Dawnstar swept her tail over Salmonkit protectively, but Salmonkit attempted nevertheless to get a good view. Two cats appeared, their eyes glinting with caution. "Who are you two?" Dawnstar lashed, and one of them winced. "I'm Riley. That's Song, my mate." One of the two spoke. The other one nodded gently. "W...we came to join your clan." Song spoke softly. Dawnstar hesitated. "Welcome." She finally spoke.

"You two will be known as Pebblesong and Wavecall. Welcome to OceanClan." Dawnstar announced, and a cluster of cheers filled with air. Pebblesong, previous known as Song, grinned, and Wavecall meowed proudly. "I'll try my best." Wavecall promised. Pebblesong nodded in agreement. Dawnstar smiled gently. "I suppose it's patrol time. Would you two mind going on a border patrol? Otterpond, you can assign two cats to help them out." Dawnstar meowed. Otterpond nodded. "Ivytuft and Shellclaw, would you mind showing them around the territory while you patrol?" Otterpond asked. The two dipped their heads. "Of course. Shellclaw agreed, and Ivytuft already headed towards the exit. After everyone left to do their own duties, Otterpond padded up to Dawnstar. "They seem to be pretty decent members already." He commented. Dawnstar nodded. "And later, I will go and ask StarClan for a warrior, and I'll be back with another good member."

wow green it rlly green
greenleaf rolls in, bringing in fresh and warm air. with this warm air, prey is plentiful, but dogs will be out more often. due to possible storms and floods, rouges and loners may try to sneak into your clan for more protection. finding new cats out on patrol is more likely now, with all the rouges and loners about. the sky is freckles with clouds that mark an adventure to an undiscovered land, showing no signs of possible storms by time soon. take care of your cats and don’t send them out too many times in one post, as it’s possible that they can catch heat strokes and suffer from dehydration.

Amberowl licked her leader's shoulder in respect. The newly named warrior was at a loss for words, so she twitched her ears nervously under the many gazes of the clan.
"Amberowl!" Swiftsky cheered, starting the chant.
"Amberowl!" Emberblaze joined in.
"Amberowl!" Badger yelled, a newfound respect apparent in his eyes.
"Amberowl! Yahooo!" Solarspark yowled, overexcited as always. "Amberowl! Amberowl! Amberowl! Amberowl!" The whole clan cheered.
"We also have two new warriors joining our ranks. Arrow Fang, Grass, please step forward." A mostly black tom with a white face and neck stepped forward, his black nose twitching like a rabbit's as he tried to hide his fear. A braver tom with a dark brown face and paws stepped forward also, the rest of his pelt creamy and ruffled as if he had travelled a long way. "Under the eyes of the StarColony, I name these new warriors Arrowfang and Blacknose. CosmoClan shall welcome them into our ranks. Emberblaze shall now send out the hunting patrol, so we can take advantage of the green forest." Lyrastar concluded, a smile on her muzzle as she added the warriors to her clan. They would be strong additions, with Arrowfang's strength for battle and Blacknose's slim build for hunting and dodging. The only cloud among the bright sky of her thoughts was Flamekit's Omen.

"Arrowfang!" Hurricanegaze purred as soon as the meeting was over under the Moon Tree, her eyes softening. Badger ran up after her, meowing,
"You came!" and headbutting his former mentor's side, nearly causing the older tom to fall. Arrowfang licked the apprentice's forehead, causing him to protest. "Arrowfang! I'm not a kit!" The warrior chuckled at his former apprentice's outburst. "Also, where are the others?" Badger growled, trying to start a conversation that wouldn't lead to Hurricanegaze and Arrowfang treating him like the lost apprentice he had been before he had joined any clan at all.
"They are safe, I promise you. And before you ask if something bad happened, Hurricanegaze, you already know what happened in the fire." Arrowfang muttered to the two.
"Where are they? Not kittypets?" the blue-grey queen growled. "If Petal Gaze was here they would all be safe. I chose this new name in her honour, not to have that honour destroyed by a deputy who can't help his clan!" she snapped. Badger tried (in vain) to help Hurricanegaze calm down.
"Shall I ask Solarspark for some Chamomile?" he attempted, before being given an angry glare.
"Sorry I am not with them, but they are safe, not kittypets or thieving rouges. They are far away, forming their own clan to remember yours." with that, Arrowfang walked away to introduce himself to the other warriors. Badger darted away to talk to Amberpa- no, Amberowl. Hurricanegaze was left in the dark, walking over to the Queen's den among the brambles, before deciding to speak to Solarspark. She hoped her kits would be alright, and visiting the Solar Guardian made her spirits higher.

xxXthey lowered their body, so their belly brushed against the ground. they shifted their weight over to their haunches, stalking the small creature that was in range of them, taking careful and cautious steps. they could feel each blade of grass as they slowly moved through the long, thick grass of the forest, of their territory, of the territory of their clan. they stopped to watch the creature - the creature was theirs, they just had to wait for the exact moment….

xxXtime seemed to slow down as the cat lunged forwards towards the small creature. in seconds. the creature was no longer a creature but instead prey to feed their clan, cosmoclan.

xxXafter patrolling the borders, the group of cats turn to head back to the clan camp. the borders were clear with no sign of loners or rouges, or so they thought.

xxXa cat with a tabby with white fur patterns with bright, amber-orange eyes jumps out i front of them, chasing a small mouse. the border patrol races after the cat, later finding out that they came from a group of rouges inside your territory. but you checked all your borders, didn’t you? so where could the rest of the rouges be?

weather: it’s greenleaf! the sun is bright and the days are longer and extremely hot. be careful not to overwork the same cat on several patrols or sun strokes and dehydration could cause deadly repercussions. prey is abundant and lazy, enjoying the warmth as much as the clan cats are, drawing out predators and sometimes unfriendly cats. be aware of everything your clan may experience!

the medicine cat's gray fur shone underneath the sun as she relished the good weather, taking her time to meander along the territory. when she approached her garden the heavy scent of a kitty-pet wafted over her and bathed her tongue with two-leg stench. and some stalks had been chewed. she huffed and resolutely settled down, wrapping her tail around her paws and lifting up her muzzle for extra measure. when the cat came back, it was not a kitty-pet at all; but a tiny rogue that barely looked old enough to not be drinking milk. ivystripe approached the frightened kit, halting as it spewed and hissed at her. she purred quietly, attempting to soothe it. "i'm not going to hurt you little one. in fact, i'm going to rescue you."
( ivystripe finds x1 bright-eye and x1 goldenrod. her catmint stash is growing nicely, though some stalks are suspiciously chewed and she can smell the scent of a kittypet... except it's not ! it's a tiny kit, who is in desperate need of a queen's milk. can ivystripe convince her clan to take the kit in? )
( redstar's patrol is successful, but rookwatcher wrenched his paw. it will need cobweb and comfrey. sweetecho joins the ranks of quickclan, grateful to be out of that horrible twoleg's nest. sweetecho's friend who heard the tales that the molly told them, is interested in joining the clan! )
( the hunting patrol catches x2 mice, x1 rabbit, and x1 hare. )
( berrypaw learns how to fight ! )
( gorsepaw is finally strong enough! he may join the other apprentices. )

Bramblestar walked out of camp, ears perked and jaw parted to smell for prey and other cats. He got into a hunter's crouch as he stalked through the forest, waiting for something to cross his path. He suddenly smelled mouse and turned, seeing the fat creature digging at the roots of a tree. He waited a moment to be sure it didn't notice him, then gathered his haunches as he prepared to pounce. He heard the crunching of leaves as fast, heavy footsteps headed toward him. The mouse looked up, realizing the ruckus, and ran away. Bramblestar scowled and turned to see a small cat barreling towards him. He stood and straightened himself up to face the cat. He soon realized that the small she-cat was the age of an apprentice, and he looked at her sympathetically.
"Are you okay? What are you running from, danger?" Bramblestar meowed sweetly, in an effort to calm the small cat.
"My Clan banished me," she mewed quietly, tears welling in her eyes as she spoke. "I'm scared that they followed me. Will you please help me?"
"Of course," Bramblestar meowed, astonished. The she-cat looked fit and healthy, and had a body type much like his. Who would banish such a cat? he thought. "What is your name?" he asked her.
"Mountainpaw." Her eyes shone with pride despite the shakiness of her voice, and the fact that the Clan who had given her the name had exiled her. "And I wasn't the only one who got banished. I think my old leader is disbanding the Clan." Her expression showed curiosity, as did Bramblestar's.
"Well, I'm happy to say that I will never abandon you, understand?" He meowed, turning on a heel. I'll show you our camp. Welcome to GorseClan. My name is Bramblestar, by the way." Mountainpaw followed, happy to have met someone she can trust. She soon found herself wondering if anyone else was in the Clan- and she was a bit upset to find that they were the only two, but she knew they'd find someone else to join them soon enough. She halted when Bramblestar held up his tail as a signal and began showing her the camp.

"How old are you, and what did you learn from your training so far?" Bramblestar asked Mountainpaw when they were done touring the camp.
"I'm 9 moons, and I had just left off on learning to climb trees." she meowed.
"Perfect! That's exactly the skill you need in a pine forest like this!" Bramblestar meowed excitedly. He beckoned her out of camp and led her to the training grounds, where they began their first lesson.

Autumn/Fall. The last of the greenleaf weather has started to fade away, even if Leaffall is setting in slowly. The sun is still strong, but somehow, it's not catching in the same way, and try as it might, its rays simply aren't heating the ground the same way as they were half a moon before. Prey is beginning to retreat from the cold, back into its burrows, but there's still plenty of activity for some quick hunters to catch all a clan needs! Due to the increasing cold, and the decreasing prey, kittings are beginning to get harder, but there's still plenty of time before Leafbare sets in. Certainly, this is unlikely to be an issue to the well-prepared clan, if they remember to stock up on kitting herbs in time.

Two loners had been made a part of the clan thanks to Brackenfur's investigation. Flameshard and Moondapple, two cats who seemed practically inseparable, were rapidly learning the ways of Deerclan. "Since you two don't know this territory very well" Reedstar said "I want Moondapple to go hunting with Brackenfur. And Flameshard, you're on patrol with Graystone. This is just until you know the territory well enough I trust you two to go on your own."

The two cats nodded, and went to their respective partners. "What are we doing?" Featherpaw asked. In her three moons since joining the clan, the she-cat had opened up quite a bit. Reedstar smiled "We're going climbing."
