Patchedstar dipped her head and lapped water from the sparkling pool. Her body relazed as she floated into StarClan's territory and landed in the starry meadow.

She turned her head, looking for cats. She gasped as a cat came into the clearing, startling her. She could see through the ancient cat and blinked. "H-hello? I was just asking for a... a... an apprentice-"

"Your request has been logged. But I must warn you." The cat blinked, looking nervous.

"There will be one, a kit with knowledge more than anoyone realizes, even them. There will be two paths they miust tread. The fate of the Clan of the Cove hangs from the cresent of the moon!"

Patchedstar froze, and then suddenly she was back in the mooncave. The fate o the Clan of the Cove hangs from the Cresent of the moon? she thought, and gulped.

"Littledusk?" Patchedstar stoof up, the worried look clearing from her face. "Would you come on patrol with me?"

Littledusk followed the leader out of camp and they headed into the forest...

"Squirreltail! Wait up!" the deputy of CoveClan laughed as the she-cat bounded back toward camp.

Squirreltail skidded to a stop near the edge of the cliff and grinned at Birchpatch. "Why don't you just speed up?" she asked coyly.

"Oh, Squirreltail." Birchpatch sat down next to the ginger she-cat and leant his head on her shoulder.

"I love you," Squirreltail whispered.

❀ Greenleaf ❀

As the sun grows hotter and hotter, Greenleaf has reached the clans. Herbs and prey will be plentiful as the trees offer cool shelter from the heat. There is a higher chance that a loner or two might wander onto your territory, and litters have a better chance at being healthy. However, there is always a chance that a hungry fox of badger might wander into the territory, eager to take some of your spoils!

Reedstar found that Featherpaw wasn't the most skilled when it came to climbing, yet she seemed to be a steady learner. The tom tried to keep patient while she struggled up the trees, and made sure that were was a soft ring of moss on the forest floor in case the she-cat slipped and fell. "You're doing great up there! Don't think about the height, just focus on where to put your paws next." His words seem to calm Featherpaw, who nodded and made it up to the first branch of the tree. "I did it!"

Brackenfur looked back at Moondapple while they were on their hunting patrol, noticing that the she-cat didn't seem to have the best hunting crouch. "Here, let me help you out if that's alright." He said, noticing that she seemed a bit hesitant to have him teach her anything new. "Then you can show Flameshard it later and prove to him how could of a hunter you are." Moondapple seemed to relax at this, and nodded, watching as Brackenfur demonstrated a perfect hunters crouch. "Like this, now you try and see what prey you can catch."

Graystone and Flameshard managed to have good conversation while they were on their patrol, and Graystone could easily see that this tom would make a good addition to the newly formed clan. Just as the pair was set to return back to camp, they scented something strange. "It smells like another cat." Flameshard meowed, his head turning in the direction of the scent. "It does..but it also smells like something else. Like twolegs. I think we should head back to camp." Graystone advised, yet Flameshard stood in his place. "I think we should check it out."

weather: though the good weather has come to an end, things could be worse. your clan must prepare for the ultimate chill of leafbare and layer their nests with feathers, moss, and everything they can find for warmth. prey is beginning to retreat, but also growing very plump due to the approaching leafbare. predators are few and far in between, but those that are in your land, are aggressive and competitive towards their food. loners are looking for places to shelter in during leafbare, and will be across your territory.

Leaf-Fall- The Season of Fall. During leaf-fall, it will start to get colder so the amount of prey you will catch will go down. The sun will start going down earlier and earlier and this will continue into Leafbare. Kittings will start to get a little bit harder so make sure to stock up on kitting herbs like fennel, chervil, ragwort leaves and raspberry leaves. You will also run into foxes and possibly badgers more.
