timer inaccurate, left this open a ton and also had to redraw like 5 times cause it just wouldnt look good LOL
ended up having to change the expression a little cause WOW the chill guy vibe just IS NOT oliver anymore. he has to have a big Stupid smile on his face and he CANNOT look at you directly
also i didnt have to do the scribbly eye thing but im starting to prefer him with it Tbh....i also just didnt wanna draw the other eye #lol

did you know? the names for rain and snow clouds is
'cumulonimbus' or 'nimbostratus', depending on the structure!
