Welcome to The Part to the All!!!
A contest in which you will have to find the ALL that relates all the PARTS.
Our scientists have created a series of clues (Parts) through which you must guess which is the All that relates them. The parts will come out one every five days and for each clue that is added, a part of the prize will be subtracted, until it is resolved or they run out of parts.
Parts can be literally anything: Images, phrases, words, music, parts of an image, combinations of the above or anything the challenge creator can think of.
The same thing happens with All, It can be anything: book, movie, series, famous, scientist, vehicle, historical event, appliance, time of year,...
I wish you good luck, you will need it.
Rules:
- Just 1 participation for Part
- You must get both right, the All and its relation with all the
parts, to win the prize
- All answers must be published here or they won't be valid
- No fights and insults, I pray for sportsmanship

I think what we can see on the image is a Chalcotaur, a creature from Greek mythology created by Hephaestus, and therefore the All could be "Greek Mythology".

Slightly different spin then Missy-Who, but I think it's the Colchis Bull and the All is specifically the Percy Jackson series. (I hope it's okay to guess this, I know it's similar to what Missy-Who said, but just a little more specific? If not please disregard)

Good guess for both but NO, and of course it's OK to guess something similar to other, maybe the other have saith one thing right and other wrong and you said both right and win.
But that's not the case.
The All is not Greek Mythology nor Percy Jackson, and the Part is not the bull you mentioned.

I had a new theory with the first part, but as usual, it doesn't fit me much with the second. And the second makes an idea come to mind but I don't know how I could relate it to the first.
I think I stick with my initial idea.
The All is the fair. The first Part is a mechanical bull like those at a fair but the AI misinterpreted it. The second Part could be the food at the fair, hence the ice cream.
I'm not too sure, but if anyone thinks they can fix my answer I would appreciate it. Curiosity gets the better of me than the prize.

It's a good explanation, yes, but the All is not the fair. I'm sorry.
