This is where you register your archive. You do not need approval from
Kibbies staff to post or verify your archive; this is for you.
In order to participate in most adopts and events, you should have an archive
to store proof of ownership of your kibbies and any items you redeem. Your
archive could be, but is not limited to: a personal thread on CS, a folder on
toyhouse, a spreadsheet, or a google document. There are multiple ways of
making a storage. You can even add a theme to it, if you like; personalization
is absolutely fine.
Creating an archive is not mandatory, but there will be a lot of things
you might miss out on if you can't completely fill out forms on future
adopts and events. It is important in this community that you keep track
of your own items - staff may be able to assist you in finding adopts or
items that you may own, but we will not be holding record of them for
you. This is a system based around honesty; we do not tolerate liars
and will double check your proof of ownership for many items.
