◇ User must have an archive available in our Co-op Archive thread in order to trade.
◇ User can trade Sqim and Sqim items for other Sqim/Sqim items, other UMA, original characters or C$, pets, arts.
✦ Users first 3 Sqim can only be swap or trade for other Sqim. Any sqim after your third or USD/IRL cash paid for Custom Sqim are not subject to this addendum rules.
✦ Sqim are not trading chips and should not be treated as such, this includes entering giveaways where your objective is to trade off the sqim. Staffs will moderate for such behavior on a case by case basis

◇ When trading with other UMAs, user must have a crosspost link and if said UMAs allow crosstrading.
◇ User must wait until the other person confirms the trade before adding anything to their archive.
◇ When re-selling a free Sqim from either a Batch/Explore/Giveaway/Challenge that has no extra art/extra attached to it, the maximum you can sell it for is 250C$, 2.5k Qb, or the equivalent in pets/other site currency ect. You can't sell or exchange free Sqim for USD/IRL cash.
◇ Only USD/IRL cash paid for Custom Sqim or Sqim from a USD/IRL cash breeding litter are allow to be sold for their original price in USD/IRL cash.
◇ All Sqim recently receive by a user in anyway have a week trading cooldown. This includes Sqim you received in a Trade/Batch/Explore/Giveaway/Challenge/etc. Do not advertise a Sqim up for trade if their trade cooldown isn't done.
◇ All Custom Sqim have a 1 month trade cooldown upon completion.
◇ Sqim that in a pending breeding request cannot be traded.
◇ If you have a Sqim that is based on an OC/ the OC in Sqim form, you cannot trade or resell that Sqim independent of the OC. The Sqim is considered an extension/extra content of that OC and must be treated as such, and cannot be considered another separate OC/entity when trading.

help you and rent out Sqim here!

their Sqim <3

▷ When user are renting a Sqim for exploring, you do not own the Sqim and the ML reflect this and cannot use this Sqim for anything except for exploring and select events. This includes but is not limited to trading and dressing up.
▷ All rental Sqim travel log record will be reset to their pre-rental state upon being return to their owner. (Example: If a Sqim have explore Lumirage for 4 times before being rented out to another user to explore for another 5 times. When the Sqim is return to their owner, they have only explore Lumirage for 4 times and not 9)
▷ While user are renting a Sqim, the rental should automatically stop if their come across a wandering Sqim.
▷ The original owner has the right to ask for their Sqim back at any point. If the user doesn’t return the Sqim as soon as possible upon the original user request, the Sqim will be automatically returned to the owner by us.

▷ Users are free to host Sqim rental services either on this thread, or somewhere. If hosting on a separate place, they must still follow the following rules for rental here.
▷ When renting Sqim to someone else, users cannot charge any form of USD/CS currency and they cannot force the renter to give them anything they might find in exchange for renting out Sqim!
▷ Users cannot trade a Sqim away if they are being rented out.
