Archive Etiquette

1. All Chicoon Rules & Guidelines apply.

2. If you are confused or disagree with the reasons for a denial, contact sweathie on CS or Discord to resolve any issues.

3. There is a maxiumum of 10 forms allowed in a single post.

4. Everything must have its own form.

This includes Growing multiple Chicoons from the same Nursery Batch.
5. Do not change the hex code of the form header.

This form is used when your Chicoon from a Nursery Batch is transferred to adult lines.

De-Chicoonification
This form is used when you are transferring a Chicoon out of the species.
If you transfer a Chicoon out of the species, you CANNOT transfer them back in. Your Chicoon is no longer part of the species and cannot be used in events, drawn as a Chicoon, or sold with the condition of them being a Chicoon.

Frequently Asked Questions

xxxxxxxxxxQ: How do I find myself in the Archive?

A: The archive is based off of User IDs, not usernames xxxxxxx
so it might be a bit confusing at first!
Your user ID is the string of numbers
at the end of your User Page Link.
For example, this is my User Page
and the numbers at the end are "703858",
so my User ID is 703858!

xxxxxxxxxxQ: Why User IDs?

A: Usernames can be changed at any time xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
and infinitely many times, so it can be
hard to keep track of the right usernames.
You cannot change your User ID (unless
if you change accounts), so using User IDs
helps to keep the Archive consistent and
up-to-date!

xxxxxxxxxxQ: When will my Chicoon be added to the Archive?

A: Approvals will happen spontaneously duringxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
the week, hopefully weekly. The Archive Spreadsheetxxx
gets updated twice a month on weekends.

xxxxxxxxxxQ: What is included in an Archive Update?

A: Any of the following items posted since the last xxxxxxxxxxx
since the last archive update:
Main Page Adopts, Off Oekaki Adopts, Nursery Batches,
Current Event Adopts, Gods, and any
Chicoons approved on this thread.

xxxxxxxxxxQ: When will my Chicoon be approved?

A: The Spreadsheet can only be updated by sweathie,xxxxxxxxx
however Archive Staff and moderators can approve forms.
This will happen when Chicoon staff are available.
All Chicoon staff are adults and/or students, meaning
that the weeks get busy for us. Please be patient.

xxxxxxxxxxQ: When selling, who posts the form?

A: Only one person needs to post the form,xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
and which person this is (buyer or seller)
doesn't matter, as long as the form is
filled out with the proper information.

xxxxxxxxxxQ: What if sweathie has me blocked?

A: If I have you blocked, meaning that youxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
cannot post on the archive thread, PM your
form directly to one of the other moderators
(Buzz Aesthetic or Loxosceles).
The same applies if you are simply uncomfortable
with interacting with me!
