The Celestial Council - Mermay Event
Decided to do something for mermay. This is for not only The Celestial Council, but all my other Species (TCC is just the only one that has a community on CS).

Rules
•Do not steal, trace, copy, or plagiarize any entries
•Credit any bases used
•You can make as many entries as you'd like, but only one per medium will win (1 art piece and 1 story).
•All entries must be submitted below.
•At least one of the characters in each entry must be an Austrat Sveargith, Bixlue, Calrin, Codruisk, Cryscential, Draekin, Emotsii, Kaixinae, Kavhmas, Llixesier, Nova Dragonet, Tecani Leoni, or Veroavir.
If you don't have a character, you can use one of the Mascots or a character in TCC(gov. pack).
