Moderator
Applications are Open!

• Moderators help keep the community safe by overseeing potential rule-breakers and answering questions related to the UMA. Moderators are the only ones who can advocate for bans.
• Moderators will help general helpers with event-related prize rolls when necessary.
• What I would need from a moderator is someone who can communicate with others in a positive manner, while also communicating concerns to me as they come.
• Activity is also necessary, but just observing is fine as long as you take action when possible!
• Discord experience is necessary!
• Past moderator experience preferred since I don't have much experience myself!

General Helper
Applications are Open!

• General Helpers take on a less rigorous role than moderators by focusing on answering questions, correcting issues regarding links/ terms, and spotting problems in images. Basically, my bad grammar/ wrong code/ stray pixel spotters. LOL
• What I would want from a general helper is someone who brings issues related to the above to me as soon as they can! That way those problems are resolved quicker.
• A future position general helpers would undertake is rolling prizes for events! As of writing, there are no events that require this, but I would like anybody who signs up for this to know ahead of time.
• Past experiences with UMA events appreciated!

Guest Artist
Applications are Closed!

• Guest Artists create Gatito adopts and items for a limited time! (~1 Month)
• What I'm looking for in a guest artist are unique ideas and styles that work well with the adopt base. Simpler and/or more complex styles appreciated!
• You can run with the current month's theme, or introduce your own unique line of adopts/ items representative of what you feel others would enjoy the most.
• Guest artists will be compensated for their work through Gatito currency! (Open to discuss CS currency, however!)
• Guest artists can reapply to be a guest artist once their time is up. Guest artists can also apply to be a full-time artist (once the position is made available).

Marketplace Artist
Applications are Closed!

• Marketplace Artists create wearables for their own shop on the Marketplace!
• What I'm looking for in a marketplace artist is someone who can make exciting, unique items for others to enjoy!
• Marketplace artists can contribute wearables to events, giving them a larger presence in the community.
• Artists are compensated for their work by being paid through the Gatito currency others use to purchase their items.

Why are you applying for this position?: As an avid participant in umas on this site, I want to help support these communities by offering guidance to others, as well as to keep things running smoothly with members in the discord server. I would be more than happy to contribute to the development of rules and the server's community!
Past moderator experience: Excluding servers I have owned myself, I have been a moderator on four servers. I am most often active on discord during the week (Monday-Friday) so I do my best to respond to things such as dms, questions, or potential situations that may come up (such as drama, inappropriate language, character/art theft, etc). Additionally, I have served as an artist for a uma in the past, toebeans.
Do you have any Discord server experience?: Yes! I run a few personal discord servers of my own (specifically with close friends), and have experience in active uma discord servers.
What is your time zone?: EST (Eastern Time)

Why are you applying for this position?: I enjoy being part of the UMA community in general but I am looking forward to seeing gatitos grow and I want to be a part of that!
Past moderator experience: I am currently a moderator for Beardogs! and have been for quite some time, I was also just recently taken on as a general helper in cozies!
Do you have any Discord server experience?: yep! I moderate the Beardogs server and also have quite a few personal servers im in and have generally been using discord since 2016 ^^
What is your time zone?: AEST! (I go by Sydney time) so I can be active during hours where others may not be!
