rules:
1: no re-selling for more than you bought them for - Without additional art, you may not resell for more than the purchase value.
2: Free Welkins may not be resold, but may be traded for other species and species' items, other Welkins and Welkin items, and art.
3: Welkin may not be traded for the following UMAs/Closed Species: Chicoons, Cloudy Leopards, Crystal Archetypes.
4: There is a 3 Day Cooldown for newly adopted Welkin: They may be litter-swapped during this period, but other trades must wait.
5: Offers involving USD must be discussed offsite
6: Completed trades must be 'confirmed' by the other party
