Chimkins - Late Summer Meteorite Hunt!

Welcome to the 2022 Late Summer Meteorite Hunt!

Starting Date: August 31st
End Date: September 15th (Midnight EST)


This event grants users a chance to find fallen Meteorite Shards and exchange them for prizes!
To enter, you must own a Chimkin and be fully registered!
To register within the community, please go here to set up a bank account!

Your entry will be skipped if you haven't made your new bank account!
Bank accounts were changed as of March 31st.


The theme of this event is "Oceanic Meteor Shower."
There is a 30% chance to find something every day!
If you roll within that 50%, a second roll is made to determine what you've won!

Try exploring with different Chimkins each day!
Every day the explore area opens, I will pick a new color or trait...
If your Chim has it on that day, your chances to find something are doubled!


The chances to find something are as follows:
There is an 75% chance to find a meteorite shard! (20% chance to find more than one!)
There is a 10% chance to find a LARGE Meteorite Shard! (Worth more points!)
There is a 10% chance to find a lost chick! (50% regular chick, 50% PPS)
There is a 5% chance to find a special event item!


The special event items are:

Jar of Moon Jellies - adds the Moon Gift trait to a desired Chimkin.*
Jar of Stardust - adds the Star Touched trait to a desired Chimkin.*
PPS Pill - redeemable on the Discord for one of two event-themed PPS chicks.

*The Chimkin eligible for these items must have been created by myself.

Rules:

1. You may only enter once per day.
2. You may only submit your form once the day has officially begun (look for my post!)
3. You may cash in your meteorite points at the end of the event.
4. Any items found may be used at the end of the event.
5. Do not quote your last explore post! They are each numbered by days. You must use the format on this page.
6. Please do not whine, beg or harass anyone involved here (or in general) - this is a free event.
