-- drape scarf: colors r up to the artist, i was envisioning that it has similar colors of the werm's water (maybe not the exact colors, i dont want the scarf to blend in too much with the werm) with some white froth that ocean waves have, kind of in the style of the japanese great wave painting, or the froth is drawn kind-of like clouds? or a mixture of both styles
(you could also use this previous customization of someone else's drape scarf for some inspiration)
