Welcome to the editable competition! During this comeptition users can draw Chicoon giftlines for the community to be able to color in! Editables with the most chicoons colored in by the end of the competition will win a grand prize! But dont worry, every giftline entered into this competition will receive a prize for making their lines!

• the giftlines need to be able to be colored in (lines cant be on the background layer)
• the giftlines need to be Halloween or fall themed, giftlines outside of this theme are welcomed by the community, but can't be entered into this themed comeptition.
• only real chicoons can be colored into the giftlines, if you dont have a chicoon to color in you are welcome enter this minievent!
• users do not have to color in their chicoons as long as they have permission of the owner of the chicoon they're coloring (buzz should have a few, try pming her!)
• although its not required for your giftlines to be lock-alpha-accessible, I'm sure you'll get more users to color it in if they are!
• each chicoon can only be colored in once per set of giftlines (you cant color the same chicoon multiple times to boost your competition votes.
• the giftline artists are also well ome to color their own chicoons on their giftlines to increase their chance at winning the competition!
• Chicoon giftlines should be posted in the giftline forums if they're posted on CS
• offsite giftlines are welcome! But should be posted as a psd and linked here (try posting on google.drive or in your sta.sh on deviantart!)
• chicoon giftlines colored offsite (as competition votes to increase the editables chance to win) should be linked here to count as a vote!
• please fill out the form after making giftlines, and the second form if you're coloring in a set of giftlines offsite
