You will need to post here whenever you gift, sell or trade any asset within Arkylia.

The owner of the asset has to be the one to post for it! that means when trading, both users will need to post a form, each for the thing they are trading away.

A character cannot be gifted/traded more than once a month! Items have no limit, however.

If you have multiple forms to do at once, put them all in the same post, please!

When transferring over to the Arkylian system, we attempted to move all the contents of the different archives, however, we found this to be a lot of work for little reward; Some users that had been active on CS at the time of our species being active had left the site, and we had no idea if they would even want to be archived in such a manner. As well, concerns arose for our small staff team about how we would be able to handle so much inventory work for so many species.
I created a discord bot that can manage user inventories, in order to lessen the weight on my staff's shoulders. However! I do not want to exclude users from playing our game who can't or do not want to join the discord server. That is why this thread exists! If you are not a member of the discord server, this is the thread where you will request your inventory to be created, as well as request inventory updates, trades, etc.
The first thing you do, as a member of our ARPG who is not in the discord server, is to request an inventory creation! Your inventory may only be created ONCE, so if you have items from Avidae, Pardofelis, or Chrysocyon that you want transferred into your inventory, please follow these instructions CLOSELY!
The old Avidae archive is here. Please check the "Item Bank" tab, and see if you are in this archive. If you are, mark it down in the form below, along with the username you are listed under. Do be sure to check old usernames!
The old Pardofelis archive is here. Similarly to Avidae, please check to see if you are in this archive. If you are, mark it down in the form, along with the username you are listed under. This archive is old, so be sure to check for the username you were using in 2019 if you think you were in here.
CHRYSOCYON had no centralized archive, and so we will need to transfer over items from the CHRYSOCYON threads directly. In order to transfer over your CHRYSOCYON items, you will need to find each post where you were awarded items. Here are the different threads you can find items from (be sure to use the thread search bar and search your username! It will help a lot.)
The ONLY items that should be tranferred over ARE:
Unused Genos, Unused Custom Slots, Stuffed Stockings (from midwinter 2018), Black Licorice (from halloween 2019), and Odd Gummies (also from halloween 2019)
Acessories, Magic Items, and Companions ARE NOT INCLUDED. You don't need to have them in your form!
Exploration - The longest, holding the most posts. You will have to link to each and every post wherein you were awarded a geno.
2018 Halloween Event - The second-longest thread, and one with eight or nine different posts which can hold redeemable items. Items able to be redeemed are: Genos, Unused Custom Slots, Black Licorice or Odd Gummies.
2018 Midwinter Raffle - Holds quite a few redeemable items! All of the genos and stuffed stockings won in this event may be redeemed.
2019 Spring Raffle - Holds just a few redeemable items- eight custom slots, for users Only_Sky, feyghost, Neah, lumy, Placebo, razzberry, and Jillyjinx.
Users may only post the inventory creation form once. Please include ALL of your CHRYSOCYON item links in your form.
