Binx is adjusting his booth's banner and he turns around rather dramatically when you come over, "Ohh, hey. Glad you made it." He straightens himself and fixes his bowtie. Something seems to take over his expression and he stiffens, reciting, "Ahem. Welcome to Festival crafts! We've got a lot going on here so I hope you came armed with a little creativity!" After a long awkward pause, he relaxes and goes back to his usual self—"Ok, look. I know you want some gems. Lucky for you, I need some help, but I wasn't kidding about the creativity!"
