Here, updates to the Sima Archive + Item Archive will be made!
Rules;;
➸ Generally, only the gifters/traders initiating the gifting/trade are allowed to post. If you're
receiving a Sima or Item through trade/gift, you must also provide proof that it's okay for you to post it.
Proof via DeviantArt post or CS post is preferred.
➸ Items may not be sold for USD unless they were bought for USD, same goes for Simas.
➸ You may only post once per page, and this post must consist of every trade/gifting you have made in an
organized fashion. Edit your posts, do not post twice.
➸ We are no longer archiving old items unless you haven't submitted your Simas yet whatsoever.
Any old items forgotten are void.
➸ Do not trade/gift/sell 2020+ Simas or Items if they haven't been added to the archives yet.
If your Sima/Item hasn't been added for over four weeks since it was made, please notify an
archivist politely.
➸ Revamps, growths, and transfers must be approved before you can submit them to be added to the archives.
➸ Requesting to clean up your archive list is okay, but you must prove you aren't adding extra items or
removing any. This is the archivist's responsibility. We will check.
➸ ALL offsite simas must be submitted to the deviant art group. If you do not have a deviantart ask a staff
member if they can upload it for you.

- Simas & items obtained for free in events cannot be sold for USD, C$, CS pets or any form of currency.
- They may, however, be traded for other Simas and Sima items.
- Simas & MYOS with proof of additional purchased art, bought with currency, or had an original worth before transfer into the species can be sold.
- Simas or MYO's that were purchased first but then gifted/traded lose all value and cannot be resold.
- Simas or MYO's not purchased with USD may not be sold for USD.

- Simas aged, transferred, cleaned up, or revamped use this form.
- Aging's are: growths from kit to adult or teen to adult
- Transfers are: a sima from an old pair of lines gets moved to the current new, or custom lines
- Clean-Ups are: if a sima has items added to them, a small design change, or their previously messy ref is cleaned up
- Revamps are: an entire overhaul of a sima, major changes and often includes a MYO being used to cover the change.
- Revamps require screenshot approval of permission to revamp & approval of the revamp itself.

- Items used in nursery batches or nursery edits to a sima.
- A nursery edit example would be Elixir of Fertility that gives a sima infinite breedings. No ref change, just an additional edit.
- Additional breeding, Breeding Reset or Items used in a nursery batch all apply.

- After all items are added, any forgotten items are void. First-time items are only added once.

- simas being removed from the group use this form!
- 1 form per sima, meaning you cannot place more than 1 sima on 1 form.
- removals must have screenshot proof from the artist that they are ok with removal.
- if you are personally unable to contact an artist let staff know and someone will contact them for you.
- if it is not possible to contact the artist the sima may not be removed.
- The only exception to the above is if the artist has a specific artist note below that states otherwise.
- once removed it is permanent, a sima cannot be re-added to the group
- only the currently used design of the sima is possible to be removed, any earlier versions will simply be retired.
- removed simas are no longer simas and their references cannot be used & all sima traits must be removed.
- please list any conditions the artist requires and follow them.
Specific artist notes
- designs by Koegami may not be removed from the group.
- designs by Lemon--Milk may be removed, however cannot be transferred back into any closed species.
