This federal government-protected national park consists of miles upon miles of land for feral Simas who had been relinquished or confiscated by their human companions-- as well as a large building specifically for the Simas that prefer life indoors. In this sanctuary, we seek to give Simas a permanent home with humans who will love and care for them...or eventually, send them back to the planet they belong to when the space program gains enough funds to do so- as Simas is a species we know little of and we seek to protect them from poaching and unethical testing as much as possible if they live in the cities.

guidelines;;

➸ you may not have anybody else try for a Sima for you.

➸ Sanctuary Simas cannot be sold or traded for currency.

➸ If you win a Sanctuary Sima, you must wait 2 weeks before you can try out again.

➸ usual cooldowns to winning a Sima applies.

➸ each Sima put up will be archived into the Legacy archives unless they're relinquished after
the date Simas reopened and they were made after that point.

➸ you are not required to follow Sima lore. you have creative freedom, however, keep in mind
your interpretation may be considered 'AU', or alternate universe depending on what it is.

.general information.

Our Simas are hosted on DeviantArt sta.sh, and will be randomly selected
for an adoption process that will last about a week. They will contain information
such as their edits, their generation, previous or current mate, and past breedings
if we could find them. Please note that some Simas may not have their documented
breedings listed due to the difficulty it may have been to track them.

Each Sima will have their own contest, and you may try out for as many as you like-
but if you win one, you need to wait 2 weeks before you can try out again.

Each contest will also have a code word that is automatically put in the form. Do not
remove the code word.

A tall, quiet lad he is. He seems a bit aloof, not like the previous aloof Sima, however, just more in a shy sense.
He dislikes being stared at for longer than 3 seconds and gets anxious about it. Is it because of those spider legs of his?

What do you offer him?;; Ember thought long and hard about what she would offer this boy. He caught her eye the moment she saw him. after many weeks and long hours of debating on what to offer this lonely boy she finally decided. She waited all day for him to approach her again, she made him nervous last time she had visited. Sitting patiently she doodled in her notebook with her offering in her lap. Finally right as the sun was setting Ember saw him. she cooed at him softly and held out her offering, A soft blanket. she had spent all week crocheting it for him, and it was soft dark hues of purple and grey. when he wouldn't come nearer to her she laid the blanket out a few feet away and then returned to her spot and picked up her sketchbook, finishing her sketch of him that she had started.

What do you offer him?;; The 5’4 trans man sits at the paws of the wyevern sima thinking about what to offer the sima. He worked so hard thinking about what to offer, he could always offer shelter, food and water but you would think that would be a given. So the male sighs in discontement offering the thing he was afraid to give the sima. Blushing he offers a gold plated armor necklace he made, scratching the back of his head in embarrassment he mumbles “I don’t know much about dragon looking Simas or what you like to call yourself but I have this necklace and a gold and silver pile back at home if you like to hoard like regular dragons.” He puts the necklace around his neck and clasped it behind the wyvern’s neck. “Now you don’t got to keep it if you don’t want to go home with me, even if you don’t go with me you could keep it if you wanted it! Sorry I don’t know what to say but to go with your heart wherever that takes you. Even if it isn’t with me! Why would you choose me? Hahaha!” Sam laughs scratching the back of his head in self-deprecating humor. “Either way I hope you love where you end up! I will be happy for you. Also of course I will be proud!” Sam kisses the top of the dragon’s head and smiles back at the sima, “You know where to find me remember follow your heart!” With that he walks off.

What do you offer him?;;
I approach silently, only my footfall making a sound as I sit on the ground across from him. I do not speak, instead hesitantly raising my eyes to his. He is in control. He makes the decision who he goes with, but I offer him a choice as well.

I am nothing special, just another admirer. With all the choices he has to make, there are so many better riches. But I take a chance anyways, and extend my hand, palm up with fingers outstretched. Surely someone as proud and haughty as he could easily snap and escape, back to what they had one known.

I finally speak. "Be my first. Join me at my side, to explore the world. I offer a chance at adventure, at seeing the world through new eyes, a fresh gaze. Please consider what I have to offer. It isnt much, but the sights to see are infinate. I offer friendship, a chance to fly free. There is not a doubt in my mind the strength you possess, but the decision is yours. I urge you not to make it lightly."

There I remained, hand reaching for him, but not an ounce of force in my body.

In the end, the decision was his to make. I could only hope he didn't turn on me. I'm sure those fangs are more dangerous than I knew.

I was approaching the summit, the storm was beginning to set in. The cave at the top was said to harbor an older sima, one that many people tried to appease before me. Getting to the top, I noticed a small crawlspace leading into the mountain. The storm was close, so I decided to move inside, set up camp, and search tomorrow. Setting up camp, the storm winds moved through the cavern, my fire threatening to extinguish. I settled down, shivering, hoping the storm would pass in time. This sima was peculiar: to bring him home with me, I needed to offer him something irrefutable. I hoped my gift will be enough. As if to deter me, a heavy gust of wind whipped through the cavern making my fire flicker. Though as quickly as it started, it stopped. I heard movement as a wing moved to block the cave opening. Turning around, I was met with narrowed, emerald eyes. The shadowed figure exhaled, moving to settle in front of the opening, watching me. In the light I saw it was the sima I came for."..It's not polite to disturb someone's slumber..." the gruff baritone voice grumbled as it yawned. "Your here to offer me something, like the others I presume.." he mused, locking his gaze with mine. "So... what do you offer me?" the sima questioned, laying down. Swallowing in fear, I opened my pack and pulled out my offering. It was a picture, encased in an oak and emerald frame, showing our sanctuary and all the simas residing there. I took a breath, "I offer you a new, safer home; with many others of your kind, protected from hunters. As well as rare ores." I said, moving the picture and bag of rare ore closer to him so he could see it better. I hoped it was enough.

Serkyn's contest ends in two days!

What do you offer him? ;; There was a parcel left outside the shelter, a neatly wrapped box of colorful, holographic paper, tied up with a bold, emerald colored bow that shimmered in the light of the early morning. There was a tag attached, as well as a green envelope. That's how they knew the present was for Serkyn. It was addressed to him, and from a potential adopter. When it was presented to him he'd first read the envelope, revealing a card with a small, silly cartoon of a little green dragon on it. On the inside of the card was a hand-written message.

"Dearest Serkyn, I apologize I can't meet you in person, but I hope this parcel finds you well. I extend you well wishes and hope you'll consider sending a reply in the mail, whether you decide to accompany me or not, my well wishes remain with you the same. Regardless, this gift is for you. I found it on my travels, and I think it will spark your eye. Wishing you the best, Trolli."

The bow would open up with ease, and upon peering into the fancy parcel, Serkyn would discover a plume of vibrant green gift-wrapping. Inside of that was nestled a brilliant green emerald gemstone, the same color as Serkyn's eyes. It shone vibrantly and glittered with a magic air about it. In its reflective surface, Serkyn saw his own emerald orbs, and it resonate with him somehow-- it would feel as though the stone were a part of him that he'd lost before. Perhaps this curiosity would encourage a reply, the sender had hoped, because they had discovered something major-- some relic of the past-- which Serkyn appeared to be involved with due to his ancient draconic blood. Serkyn held the precious stone in his claws and contemplated the proposal.
