are you new to the whole seahound thing? that is perfectly fine!
the first thing you might want to do is adopt a seahound. seahounds can be adopted in a few ways

main page adopts
the most common way of adopting a seahound is from the main page. all you need to do is fill out a form and you will have a chance at winning the seahound. adopts can be fcfs, comps, or raffles. it is the artists choice.

event adopts
sometimes seahound events happen and new adopts are made, these are just like normal adopts but they will have a special theme.

customs
customs will cost something, every artist has a different price so check out the customs page for info!

gifting/trading
you will both have to post on the seahound's original adoption page. after you post the seahound will officially be traded/gifted.

packs are optional but they can help you keep track of your seahounds.

step one
the first thing you want to do is make a thread. the thread can be on cs of other websites like toyhouse.

step two
after you have created the thread you may add images of your seahounds. be sure to add a link to the seahound's adopt page. you may add any info about your seahounds such as gender, personality, etc

step three
once you have made a pack see the pack archives and post your pack info.
