You may buy myos and use them to claim/make artist entries real if you want/have permission from the artist.
Your myo does need to be approved to be official.
You MAY design them off oekaki. If you are, I will dm you a link to the lineset off oekaki. You will need to message me to have them approved.
You MAY do custom lines for them; but they should be recognizable as the species.
