NOTE: for COPPA, post your form on the main topic with the artist's name that is open for breedings or customs.

01. artists are allowed to open up for five customs each month. users cannot have more than one custom per month.

02. breedings can result in one or two pups. twins will be rolled for out of twenty. if the number is prime twins are given.
aka. 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19,

03. when ordering a breeding, you cannot adopt out after it is made, you must request that before the kota is posted.

04. you may keep or adopt out the kota you do not wish to keep out of twins, but you must keep one if not requested both
to be adopted out.

05. you can only order a breeding once a month. a kota must be a two weeks old real time before breeding. this is the post
ed date not the adopted date. your month cool down starts from the post date of the pup, not the date you ordered.

06. a kea can be bred up to five times. a keo is able to breed up to eight times currently.

07. keo x kea pairing only. stem cell research has not made a breakthrough on same sex pairs as of yet.

08. you must have permission to use the kotas in question if they are not yours, screenshots or a post under some topic
of the kota is the only way permission will be accepted.

09. artists must link back to the parents of the breeding.in the form.

10. you cannot request certain markings, the geno will determine what markings a kota will receive. kotas 0-116 will
have all non carrier genes except the ones that were listed prior before the updated geno.
ex. a RRᵃ [ non roan ] x Rrᵃ [ carrier roan ] will not produce a roan but rather non and carriers.

11. scars can be requested on customs.
