Rules and Raffle Information~
You know we have to.
~You can only enter once!
~Follow all of CS forum rules
~Follow all of Bog's rules
~Be nice!
~The customs being raffled are general, so the amount of complexity and the option of line edits are all up to the artist.
~Don't complain, brag, or attempt blackmail. This will result in a ban from Bogs.
~All runner-ups will get the same prize as the winners, only each artist gets to pick who they do the custom of (basically, if you're a runner-up, you don't choose who does your custom)
~The amount of winners and runner-ups completely depends on the total amount of slots filled. The more slots filled, the more winners and runner-ups there are.
~Slots are first come first serve, so please always provide the secondary slot choice. This makes it so that if you didn't see that your primary choice was filled and the thread wasn't updated, I can still enter you in without having to PM you asking you to choose a new slot.
~There is only a maximum of 20 slots! Once the deadline has been reached or the slots are completely filled, we will no longer accept any more entries, so please be wary of that.
~There will only be runner-ups if 15 slots or more are filled. Artists may choose to overlook this if they still wish to give somebody a runner-up custom.
~If you fill out the optional question about which artist you would prefer, that is telling us that if you win, that is the artist that you would like to do your custom. It is highly appreciated if you fill this in (even if it says anybody), as it may help certain artists determine whether or not they wish to give out one runner-up custom or not. This is due to the fact that at the end of the raffle, if all winners prefer only two of our three artists participating, that one artist may still wish to give out a custom, at which point they will request a runner-up. That will only happen if you provide an answer!
